We used 603 Smok’n Que to cater our son’s first birthday party - best decision! The food was AMAZING. People could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. Joshua included everything we’d need so & that was so helpful. We will without a doubt order from him again.

Josh is THE BEST! Prices were awesome and the food was delicious. 1000% recommend if you have an event in the area and want some tasty BBQ. I especially suggest the brisket, it may have been the best I’ve had in my life.

Excellent tender brisket and tried 2 BBQ sauces, the sweet and apple/maple that were delicious as well. Coleslaw was excellent too, that's some great Q 603!

Great food

Was at a wedding in Nashua NH. The BBQ was out of this world! I felt like I was back in TN. There was so much food! Enough for 2 plates plus take homes!! Pulled pork and Chicken was sooooo tender it was crazy! When I need a caterer I will be calling them!!!

603 Smok'n Que was a fantastic choice for our wedding caterer! Joshua was super communicative throughout the planning process and our guests all loved the food. My husband's grandfather said it was the first time he actually enjoyed food at a wedding :) I would definitely recommend!

Josh was timely and professional. All 70 of my guests raved about his food! The hog was delicious, the potato egg salad is so yummy! The pulled pork taco bar was amazing! We had a ton of food leftover over only because Josh brings extra! Definitely recommend!

We hired the 603 Smok'n Que food truck for an event at our home in Amherst, NH and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Joshua (owner & pitmaster) was a pleasure to work with - great communication, reliable, super friendly - and his food was OUTSTANDING. Our guests LOVED the experience. Can't say enough good things about Josh and 603 smok'n BBQ, I made a online inquiry for my daughters wedding celebration with short notice (7 days).
Even though Josh had a large wedding to cater Saturday evening he took the job and hit it out of the park. I never expected he included tray stands and sterno heaters. The food was phenomenal, everyone in attendance raved about it and many wrote down his contact info. I estimated 30 guests and we had over 40 and had a ton of leftovers.
I know my situation was short notice in the middle of summer, but out of 6 inquiries at the start, Josh was the only one to respond and he took job while already having a large event that evening.
Josh, my family and I are grateful, you saved the celebration and I guarantee you and I will do business again.

603 smoke'n Que, the food is amazing! It made our gathering, a breeze! Everything was provided, down to the serving utensils! Mr. Hilyard is so kind and professional, he helped us plan a menu that had something for everyone!! We will definitely use 603 Smoke'n Que for our next BBQ!! I could only give 5 out of 5 stars, but definitely a 10!!

I got the BBQ King package for my husband's birthday and the food was AMAZING! Some of the best steak tips I have ever had and the Mac & cheese is awesome! I will definitely get them again! Also Josh was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed!
