After having his smash burgers, we thought we try his BBQ catering for our employee of the quarter lunch. It was amazing. Very flavorful and tender steak tips, chicken was moist. They even added rolls for us to use with the pulled pork. Showed up early and set up everything for us.

Just used 603 Smok’n Que for our Wedding and it was amazing! The owner Josh is quick to respond to all of the emails I sent with my hundreds of questions. EVERY guest at the wedding commented on how delicious the food was. Last minute we decided to add an appetizer of cheese crackers and fruit. Him and his daughter set it up outside of where the catering barn was and it was so beautiful and perfect! The price was very fair too for all the food that we got. Highly recommend them for any event!

This past Sunday, 603 Smok’n Que catered our company picnic in the absolute torrential rain and did so with a smile. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it to go around. Everyone raved over how well-seasoned the meats were and were thrilled to be able to take home leftovers. Would definitely recommend this company for your next event!

Hired Josh for wife’s 50th party and what a success!! The ribs fell off the bone, the steak was fork tender, the potato Salad was spot on! He was on time and brought chaffing racks and stereo which I was not expecting! Great job and I would hire again! And pretty much everyone at the party wanted to know who made the delicious food. Thanks again to Josh and his daughter who helped him that day.
I had Josh cater my daughters college graduation party. Everyone absolutely loved everything from the Brisket, Pulled Pork and smash burgers. Josh handled the food, so we could take care of the party and guests. It made a good party great.Thank you. (Cole slaw was great too)

My husband and I stopped by today for lunch and we were blown away by how good the burgers were. Smashed burgers are my husbands favorite and he said by far this was the best one he's ever had. The burger was so juicy and so tender. I got mine with bacon, mustard and cheese. He got cheese mustard, ketchup and pickles. Next time and there will be a next time, I'm getting my plain. The meat and cheese are good enough on their own. We also got the canjun fries and strawberry lemonade. I was so focused on my burger, I barely touched the fries. Definitely cannot wait to go back.
