I love aroma joes I come everyday before work, but something about today’s drink was so good. the flavor was balenced, the drink was fizzy and the line was fast around 6:55am. I love yall fr😍🤏

Everytime I swing in here I get this bright blue eyed Barista, that looks phenomenal!! I think seeing her wakes me up more than the coffee I get. She and her other co workers seem to be killing it so please appreciate them and there hard work.

Multiple times I’ve sat in the drive through for at least 10 min before driving away. These kids don’t pay attention one bit. And yes they were open and just standing around inside.

Just went for the first time last Friday and the women who was at the window was so very nice! Plan on going back asap!!!

I love Aroma Joe's, but this location is not the best in the area.
The staff is extremely nice and patient, but their POS system never works and causes significant delays. I've been turned away a few times because I could not purchase anything due to their POS system being down. They also always seem to be understaffed which causes additional delays of making orders. Almost every time I visit this location I have to wait ~20 minutes from start to finish even with zero line, which defeats the purpose of a fast drive-through experience..
I think this location needs oversight from an Operational Manager, because I see several bottlenecks impacting the service.
I will visit other locations from now on.

They should probably start actually opening when their hours say so. Everything else is good though

They've got some awesome coffee here.The two young ladies, that fixed it were amazing. They give some advice on the best coffee which was the maple latte, and it was very amazing.

Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.

Parking: Locations are drive-thru only, some locations have areas that you can pull over to get things in order before you set off driving.
