They've got some awesome coffee here.The two young ladies, that fixed it were amazing. They give some advice on the best coffee which was the maple latte, and it was very amazing.

Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.

Parking: Locations are drive-thru only, some locations have areas that you can pull over to get things in order before you set off driving.

the guy with long hair is horrible and miserable. we’ve been here multiple times to get a drink and a pup cup and have never had an issue. until we come and he’s the one taking the order and refuses to make a pup cup because he’s lazy and just gives us a bone. if i wanted a bone i would have brought one from home. all the other employees give us a pup cup except for him. he also gave us extreme attitude when we asked for a green alien. he proceeded to ask us if it was a soda, rush or lemonade. we were confused and told him a rush.. (because that’s what a green alien is) and then told us very rudely that we need to clarify because green alien is just a flavor (which news flash, it isn’t, it’s multiple flavors put together which is why it has a particular name, DUMBO) overall he was just trying to make us look stupid. also gave us a hard time when we said we were paying with apple pay and was annoyed by it. this man needs to be fired asap as many other reviews show the same concern

Guy with longer hair was super rude to me earlier today. I asked for a Blue Hawaiian rush (omitted saying “rush” as this is how I’ve always ordered it at other locations and have never had an issue) and he proceeded to rudely explain that Blue Hawaiian is a flavor. I understood this and asked for the flavoring to be added to a rush, which he then went on to show me what I originally ordered: a cup of ice with Torani flavoring for “learning purposes.” There were so many better ways of confirming the actual drink I wanted but instead he treated me like some stupid customer who doesn’t know anything. His attitude is just awful.

The young man behind the counter in the mornings.... ABSOLUTELY RUDE and ..informed us that he only works for Aroma Joe's for the money and does NOT drink their coffee..like we care?! He was so unprofessional and lost a customer... Management needs to check in on this young man's work ethics....wanted to give a customer "a learning lesson "...his words EXACTLY...Dark haired , bun on top, acts like a know it all.....shoulda asked if he liked our tip..?...

From AZ and love Dutch Bros. Aroma Joe's is the closest I could find for iced lattes with tons of flavor options. Very yummy and the staff is kind!

One word comes to mind.SLOWThe DRIVE THRU is always so slow...If you going to make people wait for 10 minutes for a coffee I feel like I should be reimbursed for the gas I spent sitting there.The whole purpose of a drive-thru was intended for people to get what they wanted faster and keep customers happy with fast services.
