Went in at 5pm on a Sunday. At least 4 people working. They were already shutting down, an hour early, with very little pretzels prepped, and a line out the door. No one was making more to provide more product for the customers. Pretzels they did have were very dried out as well... very poor service...

Absolutely awful experience!
Terrible service, no food to sell with more than an hour left of business, and just absolutely rude in general.
You should definitely fire the man and woman that are working onto that shift today.
I think the worst part about it was going in there with my kids, who were excited to get something and just dealing with absolutely rude, ignorant young people.
The positive aspect of it was was a good learning experience for my kids on how not to be when they grow up.
Do not recommend to anyone at any time!

Walked into the store and were immediately SCREAMED at by alpha male star employee Jacob to shut the door. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Clearly Jacob needs a customer service training course. May not want to piss off paying customers with your rude and obnoxious attitude. That’s not a smart business model. Avoid this store if old Jacob is on duty. I would give zero stars if I could.

I came into this Auntie Anne’s with my 4-year-old to grab a quick snack, and was immediately told by an employee to wait outside the store for service. Last I checked, customers are supposed to be inside to place an order.

This same employee who kicked both me and my toddler out of the store, proceeded to argue with my wife. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. To make matters worse, the store manager was laughing at the situation — no accountability, no respect, just total disregard for basic customer service.

I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to explain to my child why we’re not welcome at a pretzel shop. Auntie Anne’s, please do better — starting with hiring people who know how to treat families with respect

Workers did not want to do their job, multiple workers just standing, when asked how long until a certain order can be done worker said “too long at this point” like he shouldn’t be making an order.

Everyday I go to work, I sometimes stop by Auntie Anne's. I normally order online so that my order is ready and I don't have to wait long. They are super friendly and even remember me when I stop by, thank you!

the LAZIEST human beings on earth. they never have anything made. it’s 3 o clock on a wednesday and you mean to tell me you ran out and you’re not making any more pretzels? its 3 hours until close. this location needs to hire some real employees, not some lazy middle aged man who probably lives in his moms basement.

0 stars to the old man with blue eyes. every other co worker is amazing. i always come here for my breaks and have to prepare myself to get my order taken by that old man. he can’t hear me and always gives me attitude when HE messes up my order. he ruins my day and makes me not want to get aunty anne’s. i have many co workers who go through the same thing as me. as much as i love aunty anne’s i don’t like going because of him. it’s not my fault you hate your job. do better
