Warning! The kiddi-size cup of ice cream is ginormous. The cheeseburger and fries were so good! My burger had all the fixings, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mayo. Highly recommend! Portions here are ridiculous. 🍨🍔🍅🥒🥬😋

Amazing banana splits and nice choices

The worst ice cream ever. Got a dirt dessert and it came with vanilla. I’ve always known it to be made with chocolate ice cream. My husband got granite state and it was tasteless. 1 small and the dirt dessert was like $18. Not worth it at all.

The food was prepared quickly and as ordered! There is a nice selection of food on the menu. The employees we friendly.

Shoutout to Dan for a great time! Good selection of canned cocktails and fun games. Will be back!!

We have been going there for many years and I do have to admit that the food has gone downhill since the ownership has changed hands- Frozen hamburger patties and french fries loaded with way too much salt. The help was not helpful. My husband ordered a Dr Pepper and he ended up with a Diet Coke. Complaining would have fallen on deaf ears, so there was no need to complain, besides - there was only one person there and she was a young female teenager
We will not be returning anytime soon or in the distant future.
I have recommended this place to many people over the years, but not no more

Only three stars because the ice cream portions are small for the price compared to other places. But the kids enjoyed finding the special painted rock.

I’ve been going to Axel’s for several years now, always happy with their ice cream selections.

Once I saw they were selling shaved ice, I had to try it out. It is FANTASTIC! We tried Tiger’s Blood and Watermelon. Both were great. The consistency was great, and the flavor was throughout the entire dish. Some places have their ice melt due to the flavorings. That’s not the case here. Definitely try it out!

Stay clear of this place!! Ordered a frappe , it was handed out to me overflowing and dripping down the sides. I asked the girl for a cup to put under it since it was super sticky, and she thought I meant an ice cream cup to dump it in… i couldn't even drink the frappe because it was hardly blended and honestly, just look like it was scooped right from the gallon to the cup. Id also like to point out the laziness of most workers there, every time I stopped by there’s always just one black hair girl sitting on the ground on her phone totally removed from everything

I’ve never left a review before for any establishment but I can’t help but share this in hopes other customers can find a different ice cream shop and save them the hassle I got there around 6:45pm and the soft serve machine was already closed for the night. I know what it’s like being in high school working a part time job through the year and into the summer. I understand how typically workers want to end each shift asap and get the cleaning over with….But closing and cleaning the soft serve machine over an hour before close, yikes! Then everything we ordered was out of stock. After we finally placed an order, a while later we were told the waffle cones we ordered were out of stock too… but we had already paid extra for them and weren’t offered any reimbursement. Overall, we paid $8 for each size small ice cream and they weren’t good :( I left bummed out about how much I paid for such a yucky experience! I love supporting local but next time I want an ice cream, I’ll drive across town for a better option!

Service was terribly slow. Orders were distributed not first come first serve basis like they should be. Had to remind the staff about our order and they proceeded to argue with each other about who was supposed to get it.
