$150 for a vegan birthday cake??? That is a crazy amount of money, regardless of the short notice.

Rebecca, owner of Bite Me Kupcakez was such a delight to work with. I called her with less than 4 days before my planned event to see if she may be able to put something together for me. Not only did she put something together, I was able to get a phenomenal vegan cake and 5 goodie boxes (3 gluten/dairy free, 2 vegan/gluten free) without issues. Initially I only ordered 1 vegan/gluten free box. I later learned I needed 2. Rebecca and her team were able to deliver without any trouble.

Rebecca’s ability to find a solution despite my short notice was admirable, especially considering the request comes less than a week before Christmas.

I couldn’t recommend Bite Me Kupcakez more highly!

The homemade cupcakes here are to die for! Moist and delicious! Not dry or crumby at all. Tough to find something made from scratch that is gluten-free or vegan these days. Also can’t beat the Mom-and-Pop type feel here! A+

I used to come here all the time for my granddaughter she loves the chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate frosting however when I walked in the cupcake was so small and I was very disappointed the cupcake had been frozen I looked at it I opened it up and it was very dry I don't know what's happening but I will never go back again I'll make my own

Super cute shop tucked away but with decent signage and branding to help find it. Small inside but with outside space if you want to enjoy what you've got while there. Very knowledgeable staff on special ingredients and dietary restrictions.

We have been loyal customers of your bakery since 2019, frequently choosing your cupcakes for birthdays and special events. One of the things we’ve always appreciated is that your gluten-free cupcakes didn't taste gluten-free —something even our friends without dietary restrictions would regularly comment on.

Unfortunately, over the past two years, we’ve noticed a significant decline in quality. Despite continuing to support your bakery for birthdays and other occasions, the cupcakes we’ve purchased have consistently been dry, crumbly, and lacking the freshness we once loved. A few months ago, I called to share my concern after receiving cupcakes that were especially dry and had an unusual, almost spoiled taste. Although the staff member I spoke with kindly offered a refund, I wasn’t seeking compensation—just hoping to bring attention to an issue we’ve noticed.

Additionally, we’ve made several trips to the bakery during posted business hours only to find the store unexpectedly closed. On each of these occasions, there was no notice online or at the shop indicating the closure. This has been frustrating, especially when making a special trip or planning around a celebration.

Today, we picked up cupcakes for a family member’s celebration, and sadly, they once again tasted as though they were several days old and had been left out for hours. As a long-time customer, I genuinely hope improvements are being considered—for the sake of your customers and the reputation of your bakery.

We continue to value your commitment to accommodating food allergies, which is why we’ve remained loyal despite recent disappointments. However, it’s becoming harder to justify the cost when the quality no longer reflects what we’ve come to expect. I was hesitant to leave a public review, preferring instead to address concerns directly—but after seeing how feedback is sometimes received, I felt it necessary to share this in the hopes it will be taken constructively.

We truly hope to see positive changes, and wish you continued success in serving the community!

I first came to this bakery at the beginning of May for a friends’ bridal shower. The woman who helped me was lovely, and there was even an adorable husky who came to greet me. My friend really enjoyed the cupcakes. Now that her wedding is coming up in a few weeks, I decided to come back this past Saturday to ask for a 4” cake, vanilla with white frosting, to add on top of the large wedding cake (the 4” cake would be for her since she has gluten allergies). Unfortunately, my second experience here was not pleasant. When I walked in, there was a couple in front of me picking up an order. I guess something went wrong, and one of the women at the counter had no problem throwing their 14 year old employee right under the bus to these customers when the teen wasn’t even there (as far as I could tell). I thought that was very unprofessional. Then, it was my turn. I ordered a couple of cupcakes since I had my 8 year old with me. The woman who helped me with the cupcakes was very pleasant. I started to ask about the cake, and that’s when the not-so-nice woman came over and completely took over. She kept talking over me, didn’t seem to really listen when I did get to talk (completely mixing up what I was saying), seemed almost annoyed about what I was asking for, and then doubted me when I said that all I was looking for was a 4” vanilla cake with white frosting. “People say they want something super basic and then wind up sending a picture of something way more complicated.” I get that, I’m sure that’s frustrating, but I had explained that we already have a decorator, this was just a cake that was going on top of a larger one and that I just needed it to be white. No decorations, just smooth and white. But I guess that was still a problem so I just took the card she handed me and left. When I got back to my car, my 8 year old asked me “why was that woman so angry at you?” I love small businesses and support them when I can, but this was a bit much.

Sorry not a fan! Way overpriced. Almost $13 (including tax) for two small cupcakes that were not good. They were very dry and stale tasting, like they were made the day before. The frosting was overly sweet.

Atmosphere wise, there is also room for improvement. The outside space had an animal smell. The inside is very cramped for customers. It was difficult getting in the door up the ramp. The tables and chairs outside were very dirty (mold?) and needed to be scrubbed down.

The owner is a fabulous lady in all her pink glory!! I’m so fortunate to have tried an assortment of her cupcakes and they NEVER disappoint. Being 8mo pregnant I’m living for her Boston Creme cupcake and her black raspberry cupcake! All gluten/dairy/nut free as well!

Today I had the lemon poppy seed muffins, fantastic!

Very cute shop, I didn't have any of the sweets but will probably try them another day. I don't need gluten free but I do need dairy free and the panini I had was great. For their lattes they only had rice milk and coconut milk which aren't my usual choice but I tried it with rice milk and it was surprisingly good. The only downside is they only have outdoor seating so if you aren't eating in your car or taking your food elsewhere then keep that in mind if it's cold.
