First time going to this location.. The flavor of the boba was ok. I had the passion fruit paradise. Cleanness wasn't that great and as a chef it would be great if the employee put their hair up and not leave all loose. Not really great to have that on your desserts. The plastic protector was so dirty it was hard to see from.

have no idea what is in their staffs' minds. I want my milk tea with no ice. They gave me one with ice. So I bavk to them ask to get rid of ice. They return back the cup with ice floating on the milk tea. I mean I tip them for just a cup of milk tea with no ice and the line was not even busy.

Ordered Taro slush with boba, and Lemonade slush with boba. The taro had color but very little taste, the lemonade tasted like if lemon pledge was made into a drink.

I prefer my tea without milk. Ended up getting the frozen lemonade with strawberry boba. It was very good. Just be careful of freezer headache. My friend was willing to get the one with milk, coconut with tapioca boba. She wasn't thrilled.

Theres a sign outside that says you can adjust your sweetness and ice amount. I asked for light ice but they said no because there wouldn't be enough to fill the cup and they can't add more or change the recipe. They also said the same about sweetness and they can't change the recipe or it wouldn't taste right.Never again.
