First time here! Staff were friendly! Service was quick! The biscuit was so crunchy and buttery. The southwestern wrap was so good with the salsa! We will definitely be back!

We are so lucky to have Buckley’s for such quality baked goods, coffee, sandwiches, wine, beer and even gourmet quality local meats and seafood.

Love their food-fresh and delicious! Please note, there are only 3 booths to eat at inside-I was meeting a client and we were stuck eating outside in the cold! I hope they add a few small round tables somewhere or add some propane heaters outside. Or maybe add a note to keep time in booths under 20 minutes so others can enjoy.

I’m really not one to leave negative reviews lightly. I don’t leave bad reviews after one sour experience and I understand the human element to the food service industry. I have been a patron of this location since it opened. My family and I spent thousands of dollars and tried dozens of items off of their menu. The last six months in particular have been awful. Whether it be customer service or quality going down. There have been several take out orders of pastries that have been missing an item and when you call to talk with them they are rude and unapologetic. Their online ordering has not been correct of misrepresenting items from the pastry case. The quality has been solidly declining as well. I’m not sure if this location has a new pastry chef or if the one they have hates their job. This morning the pecan sticky bun was burned on the bottom and dry. They never should have been put out for sale for $6 a piece. The croissants have been a personal favorite and they have gotten smaller and the taste has been off. My chocolate croissant this morning hardly had any chocolate in the middle and the consistency was off / hard and the pastry itself tasted stale. My mother’s ham and cheese hardly had anything ham. My daughter’s pumpkin chocolate muffin had a 1/8 of a cup of chocolate chips and a thick layer of crumble topping, it was way over the top. It looks like they’re trying to stretch the pumpkin muffin batter because these never used to be like this. For the cost of these items, it’s quite ridiculous and disappointing after giving them so much business over the years.

The pastries, the breakfast, and the drinks are all very good, albeit a bit expensive, still, you generally get what you pay for.
What really keeps me from coming back though, is the atmosphere. The cafe area's layout feels like a tribute to the COVID era with one-way foot traffic and sparse seating options. The cafe does not feel like a place where you're welcome to stay a while and absorb the atmosphere (plus spend more money). I've never had a great experience here from a customer service perspective, but I have had lots of awkward bumps and confusion with other customers and their orders.
As a side note, they don't trust customers to pour their own coffee and won't take your refillable mug unless you tell them it's clean. Take note, if you're concerned about wasting coffee cups.
TL;DR great pastries, good food and coffee, best enjoyed from a distance.

Great steak n cheese and chicken pesto paninis. Also got a couple pastries; the choc croissant wasnt quite flaky and they didnt warm it up. The seasonal tart was ok. Dirty chai was great. Pricey brunch, would go on occasion
