Service was excellent! Stacey was very attentive to our needs. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. Filet mignon and prime rib were good but a little on the cold side.

Can't go wrong at Buckley's. Service and good are stellar!! Among many other things, the onion rings are fabulous. Steaks are awesome but so is the salmon. Something for everyone here.

If you're looking for a special dining place for any reason, Buckleys is it! If you want a casual friendly place to gather in the bar, Buckleys is it! We have never been disappointed!!

Great service! Our server Bill was out standing! Food was perfect and so was the wine and creme brulee! Lovely anniversary celebration!

We had a great dinner last night at Buckley's Great Steaks. It was my husband's birthday and everything was top notch from the drinks, the service and the food. We both had filets, both were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I loved my special cocktail the lavender lemon drop martini. We love going to Buckley's for special occasions.

Excellent dining, the food was served in a timely manner , hot and delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was welcoming, spacious and relaxing. A fantastic dining experience all the way around. All good reasons to return, making this a favorite dining choice!

Was very disappointed in my prime rib 12 ounce 7 ounces of fat and I make a better prime rib at home. Next time I will order the steak. Everything else was great tell Mike Buckley to try the prime rib out.

Absolutely lovely experience. Our server Erica was a delight. Great ambience, upscale yet comfortable. Food was to die for with perfectly cooked ribeye and flat iron special. Top notch.

We went for my wife's birthday tonight. We started with the calamari and I got the filet, she got the prime rib. The food and waiter we had were great when they finally came out and around. We had a reservation for 630, and we weren't served our entree until 745. We didn't receive any updates from our waiter about the long wait. It was really unfortunate how long the wait was, how loud where we were seated was, and the lack of communication from our waiter was despite everything. He was super nice, and we overheard he actually was a bartender trying his best, but all of the above for the higher price point, it was a dismaying first impression and I won't be back.

This was our first time at Buckley's. We sat outside for our reservation at 7. Nobody came to our table for 10-15 mins, another waitress from a different table ended up asking us if anyone helped us and we said no. Our waitress finally came over, no apology and took our drink order, we didn't see her for another 20 mins. We finally got our drinks and ordered our food and had to ask for their complimentary bread and oil. Our food took over 2 hours and in that time our waitress came over maybe twice to see if we wanted another drink but never explained or updated us on our food. By this time it was getting close to 9pm and it was dark and buggy outside. Finally our food came out a little after 9pm but we asked to go inside since we were getting eaten alive by mosquitos. There were other couples around us who did the same thing. When we got our food it was alright and our side dishes of vegetables were cold. Eventually the hostess guy came over to apologize about the kitchen being backed up and thanked us for staying.

When we arrived, the ambience and service started out very nice. The drinks were good and the appetizers were great. Once we received our entrees, even though the place wasn't busy, it was as if we were invisible. Everyone around us was receiving water refills, giving feedback on the meals, etc. We waited almost 20min after finishing our meal just for a to go box and the check. Then waited more time for them to pick it up. In all, the service and especially the food is NOT worth the hype or price. We went for my husband's birthday and will likely not return. They have Ruth's Chris prices but the food and service did not match them. You don't even get a birthday dessert.

We came to Buckley's to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday—it's usually our go-to spot for special occasions. Unfortunately, something felt off this time. We ordered oysters, but they arrived sitting in an ice bath with water spilling into the shells and over the sauces. My steak, ordered medium rare, came out well done with a gray center. To their credit, the manager addressed the issue quickly, and both he and our server were genuinely apologetic. This was the first time we've had a less-than-great experience at Buckley's, and we still plan to come back for a proper do-over.

The service was great. The food was great. I had the prime rib. My wife had the chicken. We shared the tall cake for desert. It's pricey but worth it.

We always ask for Jen as our server. She is a delight. We typically order the same thing each visit and it's consistently excellent
