Buckley's Great Steaks

This is my third time at Buckley's and it was not its usual self. First, there was a hair in my martini. Then, my meatloaf was so burnt that it was black, and so hard that I could not eat it. But thankfully the server was able to make amends (free drink and bill reduction). So it wasn't horrible. But at this high price you really do expect more consistent quality. I'm not sure I'll ever go back...

Dress code states business casual, lots of jeans and tee shirts. Food was awesome. Reasonably priced but definitely on the higher end, worth it.

Stacy was an excellent waitress, great service, and our food was very good! Nice relaxing dinner with family for birthday celebration, with no time pressure.

We love coming here food is always great and the service was also amazing we had Rachel as our server and she was wonderful to us! Can't wait to come back.

This was our second time visiting Buckley's as our first time was remarkable. We had reservations for 7:30. Our waited Montell did not leave us waiting and took our drink and appetizer order right away. Drinks were good. For the appetizer we got the bang bang steak tips and they were extremely well done and overly crispy. The restaurant was so busy we chose to just let it go and not complain. When our drinks arrived very promptly we put in our entree order immediately as this was a date night and we have a sitter at home. We sat at 7:30 and had our order in no later than 7:45. We did not get our food until 9 o'clock or there after. Our waiter had apologized multiple times even though we didn't complain, the manager even came over and apologized for the wait but did not make it a point to make it right at all. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years and when you've been waiting an hour and a half for your food, they should do something, even if it's at little as taking an app off the bill or a small gift card for next time. When we finally got our food it was like warm, not at all hot. The general manager was also quite rude to many of his staff as I watched while waiting to be seated. I saw him be rude to a server as well as the host. Overall this experience was greatly disappointing as I was trying to treat my husband for a birthday dinner and as we know in this economy it's a luxury to be able to eat at a finer dining restaurant.. However our waiter Montell was great and his tip did not suffer due to the restaurants short comings.

Excellent menu, reasonable prices and great quality. Service was very professional as well. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent, the food fantastic. We truly enjoyed our experience and will go back there again.

As always, it was an incredible meal cooked perfectly along with great service. Danielle at the bar was super attentive and made it a wonderful experience.

Service was excellent! Stacey was very attentive to our needs. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. Filet mignon and prime rib were good but a little on the cold side.

Can't go wrong at Buckley's. Service and good are stellar!! Among many other things, the onion rings are fabulous. Steaks are awesome but so is the salmon. Something for everyone here.
