When I speak loud and clear that I don't want tomatoes on my burger, and still get tomatoes, it's not only disappointing, but a waste of my time. There was only 2 employees and 2 other customers in the store, and it was very quiet in the restaurant, so there was no excuse for messing up the order

Only two employees and it took almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Good thing i have patience as one of my virtues. The lady that took payment was sweet and chill, considering. The food was Hot as well. Kudos to the two employees who actually showed up for work. Thank you!

Really sad. I went here as a kid and in high school. Ever since this place has become a total trash heap. Never get my order right and the food is assembled badly. Just looking for nostalgia and it's gone!

Honest mistakes are one thing, but they literally tried to steal from me. The guy wouldn't give me a receipt. When I checked my phone, I saw that I was way overcharged. When I asked for it to be rectified, the guy played dumb and acted like I was confused. I had to get him to get his manager, who was very angry and aggessive because I wanted to be refunded. I'm not stupid. They tried to steal from me and were mad that they got caught.

After McDonald’s said they had an ecoli break i was reluctant to try burger king. And i regretted it yesterday. I ordered a whooper and fanta .I and my daughter had bad stomach pains and number 3 . Im swearing off fast foods ffom here on out.

Every time I come to this burger king I get wonderful service. The food is always right, it comes out hot, the service is quick, and the staff is very kind. Love this

Great customer service here. A man by the name Antoine literally treated us like royalty. He called my wife a queen and gave her a crown. A very entertaining experience to say the least. Wish BK corporate would invest a little money in their restaurants in NH. Very sad to see them deteriorating. Glad to see Antoine is keeping this restaurant alive!!

They messed up my order. The cashier was coughing all over everything not even trying to cover mouth. order box volume is way too low, could barely hear them. tried to contact customer service, but survey site doesn't load and ai chatbot needs proof of purchase which i cannot do via pc. The food was ok and the service wasn't slow, but getting the wrong items and sanitation are bigger issues.

As a kid I seem to remember this location being the coolest BK I had ever been in. Didn’t it used to have sunken floors along with a nice fireplace? I was trying to describe what it was like when I was a kid some 40+ years ago here and decided to look it up. I guess that location was torn down and rebuilt?
