WORST CHICKEN EVER!! The first bite I bit in to was like rubber. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous.We got a 10 piece tender and it ended up on the trash. I might as well have torn up $26

Got a chicken and fry basket. Everything tasted of grease. I’ve had better chicken at gas stations. Do not recommend very overpriced for quality of food.

Absolutely horrible service there is only one taller female employee thats pleaset not to mention pricing the menu states 9.99 somehow with mall employee discount it's still come to 11 dollars and the food is horrible I understand trying to save money in this economy but I swear he must just buy whatever is the cheapest and forgot about the quality part

Artificial bacon? Is this even edible? I spotted this odd stuff on my chicken BLT wrap. Yuck. It looks like ham dyed to look like bacon. It was slippery and limp. Double yuck.There was a dispenser of ranch dressing for customers labeled “food service product“. Everything was generic, no brand, and the fries were OK, but they were frozen bags of them in the counter. Ok I suppose.But fake bacon!?!

The Food Court is gone! Only three places functioning, one of them just for smoothies, that means that CHICKEN NOW should be the star right? Wrong. Poor food, strong old oil tasting and smelling, not the whole menu available. They did not have grilled chicken, corn and more. After all the order come out wrong.Very bad experience.

As far as food court fast food goes it was great. Not the best chicken sandwiches I've had, but better than most places. Plus it's a good fit restaurant so I generally don't have high expectations, but food there was good
The grilled and the fried chicken sandwiches we got were both very juicy and perfectly cooked. If you order grilled it takes a bit longer and they have a sign warning you for that, due to the size of their kitchen, but it didn't take that long.
The fries were quite good too. Refills cost a dollar and while I think that is too much in general for a refill, I also understand why they cost because the employees would have to refill it for you, rather than the dogs machine being outside the counter to do it yourself, so a cost should be associated with the refill so you only get one of you really want it.
I would eat there again when we come to this mall again.

Was in search of something new & just so happened to come across Chicken Now! And I will surely say, I was NOT disappointed ?? I got a taco salad, I wanted & thought it came w/ beef, but it came w/ chicken & it was delicious! I was alright after the 2’nd bite, lol. The cashier had been their for years & she was GREAT! The online menu isn’t fully up to date - they in fact do NOT have waffles available/on the menu. But other than that the chicken fingers were also good, but I highly recommend the Taco Salad ?

Parking: Chicken Now is located @The Merrimack Outlet’s. So the parking for this place is the same as the outlet parking. Chicken Now is located inside the food court!

If you have any respect for your digestive system then stay away from this place. Took one bite of the chicken and the rest to the garbage. Truly awful, worst 20 bucks I’ve ever spent.
