Dairy Queen (Treat)

I ordered a banana split. Very chinzy on the toppings. No hot fudge, just one squirt of chocolate hershy type syrup. I asked for a little more syrup and the young man that worked there said no, he couldn't help me with that. I was shocked with his response, so rude! Don't go there. Lousy product quality, poor value, poor customer service. All in all terrible experience! I hope they go out of business and stop ripping people off with their lousy product, poor value, and horrible customer service. They deserve to fail! Keep it up and they will.

They closed 45 mins early when we tried stopping by tonight (615PM).

The staff at the cashier was very rude. I asked for a chocolate dip as shown in the picture, but instead I was given chocolate ice cream. When I politely requested for it to be remade, the cashier refused and instead blamed me for the mistake. Very disappointing experience

The product is great and hasn’t changed in 40+ years, but this location had a strong astringent odor that was overwhelming.

Prices of blizzards went up—had one that was supposed to have cake in it. A total of one piece in my cup. Paid almost nine dollars for basically a chocolate ice cream. So disappointing no more!

Poor girl had to run the shop on her own. Understaffed. She was friendly and worked as fast as she could!

Had the plain ice cream cone and it was yums!

there was only one girl working but she was very quick and friendly. she gave me a good recommendation on what to try. i feel like this location is often understaffed whenever i come here.

The workers here can’t do orders in time or right the sword don’t swirl the ice cream is so messy and the blond worker served her friends before us and she got our order wrong and made us wait longer

The girl from yesterday was really helpful and kind. I hope I can see more of her in the future

Went to treat myself to mocha moolatta (or something like that) on an early Wed night. I only saw 1 person working. She's very rude. I was the only person in there but she acted like she didn't have time. Slammed my drink down as I said thank you she stormed away not saying anything.

I receive in the mail coupons from Dairy Queen but when I try to use them at this store I am told the manager turned off this feature on the computer. This has been an issue for years at this location. Why send coupons in the mail then? It can’t be for another Dairy Queen location since this is the only one in the area. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had. The “manager” refused to provide me a larger cup for my blizzards because they were over flowing and store had no lids for medium blizzards. I offered to pay for larger cups and lids but was told the owner would not allow it. This may seem like a small thing, but it cost me $17 and I couldn’t keep the blizzards. The store owner doesn’t care. I made 3 complaints to DQ headquarters and they asked the owner to contact me. That person never did! That location is awful. The manger is not trained properly (not her fault) and the franchise owner could care less about their customers?

It is a very clean and nice Dairy Queen. The staff was very fast and polite. We got a couple of Blizzards which were quite nice.

If I could give this a zero I would. Always understaffed, the older guy is always wearing gross clothes and handling food. First nice day of the season and there’s a line out the door becuase there’s one person working and they are moving at a turtles pace. Unreal.
