Prices of blizzards went up—had one that was supposed to have cake in it. A total of one piece in my cup. Paid almost nine dollars for basically a chocolate ice cream. So disappointing no more!

there was only one girl working but she was very quick and friendly. she gave me a good recommendation on what to try. i feel like this location is often understaffed whenever i come here.

The workers here can’t do orders in time or right the sword don’t swirl the ice cream is so messy and the blond worker served her friends before us and she got our order wrong and made us wait longer

Went to treat myself to mocha moolatta (or something like that) on an early Wed night. I only saw 1 person working. She's very rude. I was the only person in there but she acted like she didn't have time. Slammed my drink down as I said thank you she stormed away not saying anything.

I receive in the mail coupons from Dairy Queen but when I try to use them at this store I am told the manager turned off this feature on the computer. This has been an issue for years at this location. Why send coupons in the mail then? It can’t be for another Dairy Queen location since this is the only one in the area. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had. The “manager” refused to provide me a larger cup for my blizzards because they were over flowing and store had no lids for medium blizzards. I offered to pay for larger cups and lids but was told the owner would not allow it. This may seem like a small thing, but it cost me $17 and I couldn’t keep the blizzards. The store owner doesn’t care. I made 3 complaints to DQ headquarters and they asked the owner to contact me. That person never did! That location is awful. The manger is not trained properly (not her fault) and the franchise owner could care less about their customers?

It is a very clean and nice Dairy Queen. The staff was very fast and polite. We got a couple of Blizzards which were quite nice.

If I could give this a zero I would. Always understaffed, the older guy is always wearing gross clothes and handling food. First nice day of the season and there’s a line out the door becuase there’s one person working and they are moving at a turtles pace. Unreal.

It was one of the best ice cream of my entire life! Despite the fact that it was a bit too sweet, a guilty pleasure never killed nobody)The service wasn't bad and the place wasn't crowded at all. Great place to make a brief stop from shopping at.

I went in to pick up an order I did online and the payment and order completely went through. The store said it was opened and they closed at 7, I placed the order at 6:04 which it was opened. I went to the outlets to pick up and the store was closed. I have called and nobody answered but 1 time and the lady that answered was extremely rude!!! I called customer service for a refund and this incident happened September 4th,2023, until this day I HAVE NOT received a refund!!
