I don’t like coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts because I feel like I am being an inconvenience to most of the workers. There is such a negative vibe and the manager will give the customers unwanted Dirty-looks. You don’t like your job, leave! There’s plenty of jobs out there that are available

This Dunkins has other hours than whats posted online. My husband just went there for a coffee and online says open to 7pm. He went at 6 pm, staff is inside but the doors were locked and the told him they were closed. I had the same happen to me at this location.
If the restaurant is supposed to be open to a specific time and the staff change the hours to close earlier- post the closing time online please. Don't waste your potential customers time. I know I won't be going back to this Dunkins ever again. Everyone's time is precious. Businesses should be respectful to their customers also.

i wish i could give this place a negative 5 stars but i can’t. i ordered online 10 minutes before i left and still waited in line for 20 minutes. the young kids need to get their act together there’s no supervision for them and they look like they could care less. this generation amazes me on how stupid they can be we’re apparently raising such brats who can’t handle working a job.

I keep trying and trying to give this location a chance, but I am left disappointed each time and have now chosen a new location. It is not uncommon to wait 10 to 15 minutes at the drive-through, every time. Even when I’m not in a rush I will try to go inside and the wait is the same. It’s not necessarily a matter of there being an overflow of customers. I have waited behind one car many many many times. There are a couple of employees there that are very nice and pleasant, Kristen being one of them. But unfortunately the wait alone is a big inconvenience and it’s easier for me to just skip going at this point.

I ordered a cold brew and they gave me a blue berry donut ice coffee and to spit on my face and stomp on my head more is they make me wait an 1 long to order and an hour of my life I will never get back again! This place and staff need to go to federal prison!
