You know if you burn a croissant. There’s no need to serve it up.

Absolutely abysmal service.
Waited 20+ minutes for a mobile order that was hidden behind the counter, and no one bothered to move it into view. Never asked once why I was waiting, only remembered the order when I asked about it.
Wake up wrap and hash browns were ice cold, and management was non-existent. The girl apologized, but didn't offer anything else.
I'll be contacting corporate.

The people working there now take their sweet time making a simple coffee and half of the time is done wrong used to be my no 1 dunking but not anymore

Easy, good fast food with a smile. Was having a rough morning before I picked up a quick bite at this Dunkin. Trinity turned my morning around with just bringing that positive energy. Greeted me kindly, wished me well. Just beamed. Turned my day around so quickly through just a kind simple interaction. Thank you.

It’s a bunch of teens that management never has control of. They have someone at the window who can’t do simple math as well and makes you wait 20 minutes just to get your coffee. It’s a terrible atmosphere like you walked into high school sitcom with terrible actors. WILL NOT BE RETURNING after that experience thanks.

The weekend crew seems to ignore the mobile orders so I'd recommend just coming into the store and ordering there. When I walked in there were about seven orders laid out that weren't done but there where no other customers in the store and the staff was standing around joking. When they did finally get around to filling the order the beverage was wrong and I almost left with that. So you may want to check your order before you walk away because that seems to be a repeating theme. In the time it took to get my order I was actually able to write this review! Of note, the staff during the week seems to have it together...

Quite possibly one of the best Dunkin drive-through experiences my boyfriend and I have ever had. Service was amazing and friendly, and our drinks are delicious.

My favorite go to for coffee and donuts. The staff is very friendly there.
Parking: The only drawback to the parking lot is that you have to cross the drive-up lane, though most people are very good about letting people cross.

This place just can NOT get it together. I have yet to go to this location and have my order be correct. Something is wrong every single time. Today, we ordered a box of 6 donuts informing the worker which ones we DONT want in the box. We get home, to find there are 5 in there we specifically stated not to include. With one that was correct. My coffee although ordered correctly also was black. Ordered a bagal with cream cheese, no cream cheese was included. And the wrong bagal all together. I'm not normally one to complain but, it just keeps happening over and over again. Even ordering online they don't get it right. Someone needs to go down there and retrain, some of the girls there have bad attitudes right off the bat too, like sheesh, Sorry to bother you...

Weekends are the worst time to go to this Dunkin’s, during the week they’re great! Weekends especially Saturday the service is terrible and my order is always wrong and when I say something politely I get a dumbfound look. Today I placed a pick up order @ 3:11pm I got there at 3:22 thinking that was enough time to make it go in the ticket is still on the printer with 4 others they grab it and make it on the spot and ignore the other that were there, I get my coffee and it’s not prepared correctly. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here and normally I wouldn’t care stuff happens but you can’t even call them to talk to someone because their phone number is out of service. The time before this I didn’t get my food at all and my coffee was completely wrong and the girl scoffed when I said something, oh and to make matters worse I waited 10 minutes at the drive through box for her to take my order

The staff NEEDS to be trained on being customer facing. Only a few of employees there have good energy. The ppl taking orders on drive thru are usually MIIIIIISERABLE.
Doesn't take long to train someone to say "hi welcome to dunks. what can I get you." Instead it's just "can I help you" in a monotone voice proceeded with "you can pull up" then they hand coffees with no interaction, no thanks, no have a great day.
