Typically friendly service but there’s a decent amount of turnover in a short amount of time. My orders are always accurate at this location so I appreciate that.
Sadly, this location needs a good cleaning. The windows look like milk has been spilled on them. It’s been that way for a long time. There is a huge difference between the this locations cleanliness and the 3 other locations in Merrimack. As it’s a food establishment, it’s a turnoff as you are entering.

I went inside to get an ice latte today, and while I was waiting for it to get done the short petite white girl that was making the latte started cursing very dirty in front of me and I was so shocked 😳. Very disrespectful and she made my coffee wrong. She was hiding her name tag so I didn't see her name, but you can't Miss her.

Absolutely abysmal service.

Waited 20+ minutes for a mobile order that was hidden behind the counter, and no one bothered to move it into view. Never asked once why I was waiting, only remembered the order when I asked about it.

Wake up wrap and hash browns were ice cold, and management was non-existent. The girl apologized, but didn't offer anything else.

I'll be contacting corporate.

Easy, good fast food with a smile. Was having a rough morning before I picked up a quick bite at this Dunkin. Trinity turned my morning around with just bringing that positive energy. Greeted me kindly, wished me well. Just beamed. Turned my day around so quickly through just a kind simple interaction. Thank you.

It’s a bunch of teens that management never has control of. They have someone at the window who can’t do simple math as well and makes you wait 20 minutes just to get your coffee. It’s a terrible atmosphere like you walked into high school sitcom with terrible actors. WILL NOT BE RETURNING after that experience thanks.
