I’ve been coming to this dunks for over 4 years. I usually come before work around 6am. The girls are always super friendly and fast! Thanks for being so reliable with my morning coffees!!

Food costs too much money these days for it to look like this. On top of this (photo attached) being what I was served for an avocado toast, it took 10 minutes in the drive through when I was the only one there. The staff inside was just milling about and they all looked to be about 15-18 years old. Reading some other reviews on here it seems like there is a complete lack of management. I know I won’t be returning to this location and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

Easily the best Dunks in town right now, I come here regularly and the staff is always so nice and friendly, and they never mess up my order. Sometimes they give me extra food and it makes my day.

When I ordered, employee stood there and just yawned at me with open mouth like he had no cares in the world spreading his germs or worried where he was.Ordered and paid for large drink and got medium sized.

They now charge u more for an ice coffee with less ice!!!! Oh it's more product..well so is cream and sugar .. ridiculous and they should be ashamed..other DD don't do this..also a black iced coffee more money too I was told ,will travel farther to avoid their crazy surcharges:(

So I went there on labor day and I do not usually look at the menu board. But that dai did. I was charged an extra 25 cents because I get 4 ice cubes. So that made a medium 3.95.They suck. Because they usually get it wrong then dump the whole thing out and remake it.If you go to west Hollister street in Nashua. It is 350 for a medium and 315 for a small and no extra charge for less ice!!!!!!!

Polarized Blurryface

the women at the window was extremely rude. i ordered a refresher, she got it wrong, i politely corrected her and she acted all rude, huffing and puffing. then proceeds to hand out my drink, goes “here” and slams the window on my face.

I get it. Most people like their coffee sweet and creamy... But if I don't ask for anything in my regular coffee (not decaf) please don't put cream and or sugar in :( had to throw away a full coffee when I got home and realized it wasn't something I could drink. Will have to watch more closely at this location.

I’d say that this dunkins is the best dunkins in its area and it really be the long term staff that I believe make that the best dunkins to go to

This Dunks is terrible. The staff are mostly made of unmotivated high school students. They might know how to punch a button but have no idea how to serve the customer. They assume every drink has ice and will never ask “hot or iced.”If you have no choice and must go here then skip the drive thru. Most recent wait time was 15 +minutes.

After going to this Dunkin’ over 20 times, there is almost always something wrong with the order or an item is forgotten. Forgivably, the employees gave me what I asked for when I approached them about the missing items, even though they didn’t seem to believe me. Unfriendly manager and staff.

Poor customer service. They leave all their drive thru lights off so it looks like they are closed. If you don’t want business and your people don’t want to work, time to close down shop. Not that the owner of this place even cares. Go elsewhere.

I've been a loyal semi-regular here since 2017. It's a shame to see the crew get smaller and smaller. I can see how stressed the remaining few are as they rush to complete orders. This is a busy hot-spot Dunkins, why not staff accordingly? And you can't tell me "nobody wants to work anymore" when pay remains stagnant while the cost of living skyrockets. Pay up and they will come.

We pulled up to the drive thru with a carload of starving uncaffeinated humans and gave the poor girl a HUGE order; they seemed unsure several times during the order but they got almost everything perfect (I got an iced coffee instead of hot, but I drink both so it was fine!). They were apologetic of how long it took to get the sandwiches etc out - but there was no reason for their apology!!! Thank you!!
