Dunkin’ Donuts really nice good team effort, respectful very suddenly good teamwork or recommend us to other people in my family. Good job.

I always bring my own to-go mug to get a cup of coffee (trying to reduce waste) and this is the first DD that refused to take it. Starbucks gives incentives for bringing your own mug (like discounts, etc) and this place rather than encouraging it, is outright getting in the way of sustainability. Setting a horrible example for change.
Come here often and usually it’s fine but came here today and had to repeat my items like 5 times before they got it right which I don’t mind not a big deal. When I got to the window they handed me loaded hash brown wake-up wraps when I ordered loaded hasbrowns and clarified that 5 times. When I told them that’s not what I ordered they were visibly upset and even took the hash browns from the wake-up wrap and put it in the cup for loaded hash browns and then basically yelled at me that it’s more expensive which I could care less about I just want what I ordered. Never coming back to this location again. I have no issues paying for what I ordered but I don’t need attitude when I was completely patient and understanding.

Got there approx at approx 6:10. . 1 vehicle infront of me waiting to order their items. Order was taken for them and I proceeded to go up to speaker to order my coffee. Young lady said it would be a minute. Approx 10 minutes later she took my order 1 xtra large caramel hot coffee. Drove up and waited behind the car that had ordered just before me. Waited another 5 minujtes and finally my turn, so I thought! The young girl said it would be a minute as they were brewing a pot. ( no problem) A couple of minutes later I get my coffee. I checked with the young girl to make sure I had what I ordered and she very politely said he’s. Then some heavier set girl comes up to the window and says “ what’s the matter ? We are busy”. I said all is good, and as she was walking away said very loudly” people and their attitudes.” I didn’t want to say any thing negative, so I left. Got to the end of street took a sip of my coffee and it was wrong. Turned around and went back to the window, and told them that there was no sugar and no caramel. Again that girl was rude and told me that my coffee had been made correctly. The way I ordered it. It was NOT. I go to that store at least 2 times a day and never have I had such a rude person wait on me. Please speak to her. Thanks by the time I finally pulled away from the ..window not satisfied took appeox 25 minutes.

The mens bathroom was so disgusting. The toilet was so dirty with number 1 and number 2 the sink looked like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks floor super dirty too

placed a mobile app as I was driving in, at the speaker I was spoken to very rudely stating. we just received the order, pull ahead.No one greeted me at the window with the exception of ignoring me or giving me rude stares. after all the rudeness my sandwich was burnt, I watched a girl with long blonde pony tail dump sugar into my ice coffee, my hash browns were barely cooked. the food was shoved at me.. with a here.. no thank you nothing. Disgusted and disappointed with this location. My question is what would have been the difference in the long run between ordering in app or at speaker??? for rudeness and crap quality food this location receives all the stars!!!
