Merrimack outlets open at 10am on my way back to Canada I stopped here for breakfast and also got some donuts since Im tired of Tim Hortons ..the place was clean , order took and served

Dunkins is nothing like it was 20+years ago. Service is terrible. Employees complain about everything and even a simple order (I'm very simple. Great one Black coffee with sugar and a few ice cubes) is too difficult for the whiny employees. Can't imagine what keeps this place in business other than the people who go habitually regardless of quality or service.

Waiting over 15 minutes for a drive thru order with only two cars ahead of me is unacceptable. There were at least 6 people working. Needs management attention immediately. Also $3.50 for two bagel minis is insane.
I absolutely LOVE the drive thru staff!! I am one picky mofo!! Med black iced mocha mocha under the ice not shaken or stirred with a tall straw. I've been going for a year now and by far this is the best Dunks EVER!! Only twice they got it wrong and they were happy to make another. Thanks everyone for making my morning just that much easier!!

The people that work there are very friendly! I'm a repeat customer so they know my usual and ask if I'm getting the usual. Everything is ready at a reasonable time and they are always friendly in Merrimack!

Recommended dishes: Croissant, Donuts, Egg and Cheese, Plain Stuffed Bagel Minis
Use to be good in the early morning but now some guy is talking and eating rather than making the food. Guess Ill go elsewhere.
My absolute favorite Dunks. I've learned their secret is always making sure the coffee is fresh. (Thank you!) I wish the rest would follow their lead.
