Worst service ever, ordered meal deal they didn’t give me the hash browns then refused to give them to me without receipt, coffee is terrible make sure you get a receipt that’s how the rip people off if you don’t have one

Worst service here. I come almost everyday and it’s always the same teenagers food always cold wait time is insane. Today I waited almost 10 mins in the drive-thru with 1 other person before they even took my order then waited another 5 mins just for my coffee and me being the only person in line. There was 5 teens inside fooling around doing nothing. I would go somewhere else but this is the only one available on my way to work.

Me and my fiancé went to this Dunkin with our 2 dogs in the drive through, we met a sweet cashier who gave us 2 vanilla munchkins for the dogs we never asked, but we were very grateful then the Karen manager who said we don’t do that and told the sweet cashier she is gonna have to pay for that!! Who does that to an employee never mind in front of a customer. I gave the sweet cashier a dollar for the munchkins. And left, ruined our day!!

The employee was very rude this morning, when I went to place my order I didn't understand what the employee said asking me to repeat it and she yelled at me. It's not the first time I've been mistreated by your employees, if they don't want to work, replace them right away.

Where to start.. it’s right next to my work, that’s why I went there. When you order through the drive through your met with IRRITATION! Big deep “ughh” when god forbid you order anything besides a coffee!! Which is terrible 90% of the time! The Foood!?!? Bagels aren’t toasted at all for sandwiches, the bacon RAW!! If you go back inside like I just did. Your met with huge attitude! Basically saying how dare you ask for your food to be cooked! Let alone expect it! One guys calling me bro! The other has this ridiculous unkept beard with no hair net! The place is absolutely horrible all around! I don’t usually write these things but I am I’m also making a call to the corporate office! It’s not just this once time.. its EVERY TIME!!!!!

Been coming here for years every day for coffee and a sandwich because I work right down the street. Well now their medium ice coffees are now 4.50 so now the owner as lost me as a customer I can go to the dunkins down the road and get it for 3.50
