The drink mix is not at a large level. I noticed that 10 times stop by this location. It happens the same. Other place is large level. Why do you charge customers for the large cup price with medium level? The cream is makeup half the cup

I noticed that the opened at 5am which is perfect since I need to be to work at 6am. I pulled up at 5am and the lights were all off then noticed that the workers walk out and get into their cars to smoke or what .I immediately left. So what kinda of business is running if no one is working. When the place doesn't look open.

Now this Dunks is usually very on point with great staff however i was there one day last week and i was quite surprised. The line around the drive through was at least 10 deep so i figured id go inside to grab my coffee. It was pretty empty and there were 4 women inside behind the counter. It took them quite a few minutes to realize i was in line and finally a young woman came to ask what i needed. Mine is a very simple coffee order and after she gave it to me, she looked at me in disgust as if i was trash. Whats going on over there gang?? That place is usually one of the best. I may need to rethink where i go from now on.

I ordered the special 3.00 sausage egg and cheese on an English. I paid pre special price although the marquee clearly quoted the $3.00 cost. The manager refused to honor the marquee price claiming she had no control over the marquee prices and the special on that item was over. I found her rude and dismissive and she did not try to make amends. I purchased k-cups as well.Please....please...update your menu marquee or authorize your people to make good or your advertising errors.Thank you.
