Now this Dunks is usually very on point with great staff however i was there one day last week and i was quite surprised. The line around the drive through was at least 10 deep so i figured id go inside to grab my coffee. It was pretty empty and there were 4 women inside behind the counter. It took them quite a few minutes to realize i was in line and finally a young woman came to ask what i needed. Mine is a very simple coffee order and after she gave it to me, she looked at...

This one has the best staff! I brought in 2 custom drink orders for my daughters. The employees there did an amazing job and made sure to get the frustrating orders correct. Highly recommend this location!!

This is one of the better locations around. Unfortunately, society has changed a lot and customer service is nearly extinct. If I have to stop for coffee this is the preferred spot.
