I went to Friendly's the day after the snowstorm, parked right in front of ramp in the handicapped parking...was with my elderly parents and I'm in a wheelchair. Sadly I chose a really cold day to do this...the door was locked with a sign saying this is NOT an entrance. Several employees saw us and looked away as we asked to come in.

A Fribble over the drive-up! Never had that convenience when they were in their Hay Day! You were lucky then to find a walk-up window where you could order.
