Today was breakfast. Eggs were spot on. French toast needed to cook a little more. Our waitress was on top of things. Prices were where they should be.

Worst service I have gotten from a restaurant in quite some time . 2 tables sat after us , our waitress attended to them before us which is frustrating when you are with 3 kids who are thirsty/hungry. She got our drink order and food order in one shot, which is fine, if she would have came to our table sooner then 25 minutes after sitting. There was a piece of hair in one of the kids burgers , which she didn’t offer to replace. My husband ordered a double burger and only got a single . My oldest daughter ordered a Shirley temple which cost $4, no cherry and was basically just sprite as there was hardly and grenadine in it ( the cherry syrup) . When asked for a refill it never arrived . Our waitress didn’t care to check on us at all or show any type of compassion with the poor experience we have had at this restaurant. As a former waitress myself , I understand being under staffed and being busy , but kindness and showing effort and keeping the customer happy are the main priority of the job … will not be coming to this friendlys again which is unfortunate as I had a lot of great memories at the old friendlys on DW highway

Food was almost inedible, the atmosphere was off. The place smelled like mildew, slow and rude service. Absolutely not the friendly's experience I remember. Overpriced, don't spend your money here.
