Disappointing food and service. I ordered my child a kid’s meal. They told me to pick a different side as I was paying because they were out of fruit. Then they told me after I paid that they were out of the item I picked for a substitute. Then my child’s grilled cheese wasn’t even fully melted. I could make food 100x better at home. Pitiful! I wouldn’t have even bought from them if they had told me they didn’t have my order to begin with.

My daughter and myself stopped to grab a bite 8/14/21 at 12:45pm. Attempted to order two paninis and asked for a water. Got reprimanded by the man behind the counter, yelled at really. Not sure why he was so angry. He proceeded to yell at the customers all around us. It was so odd and the person/ woman ringing us up apologized for him. Never again!

Not very impressed with this place...I am not from this area of the state & am not super familiar with what is around, but I found that this was just one of only a couple restaurants in the area that was open and served smoothies. So I actually drove 18 mins out of my way to come here at 8p & found that they were closed, even though Google & their own personal website lists their hours as open until 9:30p on Fridays. What a waste of my time and gas.

Never had a meal from here before. I was expecting a not so good salad since since this is at a food court, boy were we surprised. The women working the counter was very good and helpful. You pick all the ingredients for your salad. The salads were huge. We both had the lettuce with 4 toppings each. The veggies were nice and fresh and so good. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.

The food was okay but unfortunately someone working there was extremely passive aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable. I was having trouble hearing him, and obviously we were wearing mask so sometimes I couldn't understand what he was saying. At one point I wanted to go back up to ask for a napkin but didn't want to deal with him.

Worse customer service. The food wasn't bad, for what you get a little on the expensive side. Clean place. However we will not be eating go there again. There was a group of us, We were trying to decide on what to order and the Manager was so rude when we asked for napkins, which, he should have supplied without asking. So much for customer service.. if it wasn't for customers you would be out of a job. If you don't like your job you are in the wrong business.

Chicken tastes super processed. Not good. Definitely not worth trying to eat healthy here. Chicken tastes like cardboard.

Horrible customer service. From the moment we started we started making an order the employee seemed bothered by a medium order. When we received the "grilled" chicken panini, the chicken was cold. I asked if the chicken could be heated up and it was refused because the food had already been handed over and they cannot accept it back. I understand not accepting but at least could have offered to make another one even if we had to pay for it.

I had a very good strawberry bannana smoothy and my daughter had a strawberry, pineapple, bannana that she liked. Only issue was the wait as they only one person making smoothies and it seemed like they only had one blender.
