The BEST McDonalds location. Food is consistently fresh, hot and my complicated orders are always correct. I always look forward to ordering from here since I know my food will be top notch and correct. Other locations are hit or miss, but this one always hits.

They lack speed at the merrimack location always backed up always apologizing for it but they never fix anything drive thru always has top priority. I walk in I hate sitting in drive thru.

I would give this place no stars if possible. First we went in to order at counter. Nobody took our order so after a wait we did the kiosk. We ordered 3 quarter pounder meals. No clean tables so I grabbed napkins went to the bathroom to get water to wash it off as nobody would come to the counter when i went over. Meals were brought over and had to ask where our drinks were. Waited for him to bring back cups so we could go get our drinks. The hamburgers were raw. The worker said they were supposed to be like that so I asked to speak to a manager and she totally ignored us. I took the burgers back to the counter to show them and she totally ignored me still. The fat and grease was dripping from them. We went back to the table hoping the manager would at least acknowledge and come speak to us. We ended up leaving, spending 50.00 that went to the garbage

I have ordered a big breakfast about once a month for 2yrs now, 50% of the time no hash brown. No syrup, sometimes no utensils. I ask for milk in coffee and i get cream. Just frustrating I won't go anymore,

It's a McDonalds, if you go in person its alright but if you order via Door Dash or other services they will typically forget items or make them wrong.

After waiting for my curbside order, I finally had to go inside and get it. 3 employees standing around doing nothing. I finally got my large fries... Cold of course! Worst McDonald's service I've ever encountered

I drove in around 2:30 in the morning and ordered a meal for my wife and myself. The drive up person was knowledgeable and helped make our order how we wanted. Everything was fresh and hot. Best McDonalds experience in a long time.
