Very worst. I ordered three deluxe spicy Mac crispy sandwiches, a Big Mac meal, plus six pieces of Mc nuggets. I paid through mobile order, and my order missed the six-piece Mc nuggets. I asked the person at the window, and she called another person and gave me a look. I explained about the missing order of Mc nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. She returned with just nuggets; I asked her again, and she gave me a dirty look and brought the sauces as if they were giving me free food. I told her to go ahead and check the receipt I paid. She said it happened and also lied and that she put the sauces already. I'm not going to lie about those sauces. I was deeply insulted, and she was insulting with her behavior. I know it may be a rush hour, but no one can disrespect or be rude to another human being. It was an awful experience. Attached is a picture of the sandwiches. My god, what kind of a sandwich is that? They got my money and gave me the food that didn't value the money I paid. I'm deeply disappointed with this 9 Dobson Way location. When you charge my card, you deserve to do justice to the money I paid. It

Food terrible, service terrible, management non existent. I've learned my lesson, but they worry more about getting the orders off the screen than to the customer, Every time. Even ordered on the kiosk so making their job half worse isn't enough. McDonald's is good THEY'RE not.

When you are coming South on the turnpike, this is the easiest off and on the highway. Service was quick, food was hot.
We often stop at McDonald's on our way between Boston and Montreal. Folks who worked at this location were very nice - wiped the table for us and brought the food to our table. There was some equipment beeping in the kitchen the whole time we were there and that was pretty annoying. I cannot imagine working there for hours listening to the beeping...

I placed my order for pickup on the app 10 minutes before arriving. It took another 15mins to get my order. I ordered a 20pc nugget and 2 small sodas. The server apologized for the slow service,but 25 minutes for an online order is ridiculous.
