One of our favorite pizza places since the early 80s, when we lived and worked in Merrimack. Just visited again recently and it's still the place we like best. We enjoy the food there, and the service is great (thanks, Scott!). As for atmosphere, it's very clean and bright.

Been kind of always a papa Gino’s guy. In westford that’s where we celebrated soccer games and in high school my buddy pat worked there. Hah even the Unitarian church in Chelmsford Center nearby to a papa Gino’s was where my dad took us afterwards. As an adult I feel strongly there’s a sliding scale of quality and I’m floored by how good this Merrimack NH location was. F*ck Portnoy and making pizza in Chelmsford impossible 🙄, let’s give some love for this establishment. Truly my best experience and while I ordered online and had a short observation of the crew I can say they were all proficient and having fun together so I’m not shocked a good environment would lead towards a top notch order.

The pizza was good but instead of pineapple and capicola it was capicola and onion . The bread sticks were good and also the cheese Pizza.
Classic Papa Gino’s location. They’ve never disappointed and are well trained and well staffed.

We ordered a large order ($100) at the Merrimack location tonight and picked it up. When we got home we realized that we were missing 2 items so we called right away. The young gentleman who answered the phone stated that they were just going to call me because they realized that they had the remaining order and offered to deliver it, which was the right thing to do. He stated that the driver was due back in 5 minutes and then he would send them out and we would have it in about 20 mins. I said thank you and hung up. After an hour went by my husband called to find out where our food was. They stated that they were very busy and couldn’t give us a time that the food would be delivered. So we said we would wait for it. About 15 minutes later the same woman calls us back and says that they are NOT going to deliver our food that wasn’t what the young gentleman agreed too and they wanted to just give us our money back, but we already gave them a chance to do this at a previous visit a few months ago and we didn’t get the correct amount back and we lost money and it wasn’t honored, so this time we told them what happened before and we gave them another chance and they were doing the same exact thing, so we told them to keep there money and that we will never return.
