The food was outstanding as Pizza ? Hut always is. The waitress was rude to us and incredibly friendly towards others until our meal was finished then she changed her attitude towards us. I loved the food and dine in option but the waitress was extremely rude. She made my whole experience completely uncomfortable. She seemed all around an unhappy person as if I was bothering her because I came in to eat. I won't be back sadly ? I don't care how good the food is if the service isn't good I will not spend my money there!

Great pizza and amazing server but there was one lady with blonde hair in a ponty tail with bangs and she completely ruined the vibe of the pizza hut I know and love. I saw her being rude to server's and just all around miserable.

$22 dollars for a dozen wings... I walked out...I wouldn't pay that if they were actually fried and smoked, but we are talking about the most basic oven cooked wings. Disgusting display of corporate greed! I will never return pizza continues it's death spiral of piss poor food and atmosphere. At the least server was friendly and completely identified with the pricing, now if only there was one decent sole at the corporate office.

Your prices have increased considerably. $25 for one large pizza is a ridiculous price. We will not be getting pizza at pizza hut as often any more. Sorry but it's just to much.
I called to place an order for dine in. When we arrived, our pizza was in a box considered to be carry out. We were told that we could not have the box on the table and that it was policy. I specifically said when placing the order, dine in. Apparently there is something that prevents them from placing in whatever it is placed on for dine in. We were allowed to keep the pizza in the box, but we were reminded 3 more times that we weren't allowed to have the box on the table. This location needs retraining and reinforcement.

Great taste, fast and friendly service. From Amherst, it's about a 20-minute ride, and by the time you place your order online and drive over, the PIZZA is ready hot and fresh using their drive-thru you do not even have to exit your car!

Ordered a New york style pizza. With delivery and tip, the cost was $33. It was the worst pizza we've ever had in merrimack. It was supposed to be double pepperoni, and it wasn't even close. The pizza was so overcooked that the sauce and crust were like dried out cardboard. Threw half of it away.

The service was horrible. Our server brought our check over to us half way through the meal and told us no hurry to pay and she came back 2 minutes later asking why our check was not ready to be paid. I try top give servers the benefit of the doubt as I used to be one when i was in high school. but being rude I am sorry is not a good presentable person
