I bought a meatball sub yesterday, and it was ok but every time I said, I would like lettuce on the side or anything extra Anthony, who works there gave me an eye roll on everything I said to him with a side of attitude. This happens every time I go in there to order food and I am sick of it. This is how you lose a good customer. Thank you, Anthony??

Ordered a steak tip salad asked for pizza cheese and pickles to be added to the salad. I have ordered from here a number of times based on convenience. There is always something wrong but never really a big deal. For three times in a row, pickles and cheese not added and steak tips cold. I called once to tell them things were wrong. Didn't want any money back. I just wanted to tell them. Well, today again, no cheese, no pickles and cold steak. So because I was a bit mad about this, my wife thought it would be best if she called to explain the situation. The "manager" had a huge attitude problem, didn't believe her and claimed he would come over to take a look. He told her that those things were ordered and no way the steak was cold. He said he needed to see for himself. Which we were fine with, however he kept up his piss poor attitude. I got on the phone because of how rude he was being to my wife, acting like we were wrong. His attitude got so much worse and even more accusatory. He said that I was wrong and he needed to see the salad for himself. I was fuming mad and began to swear, so he no longer wanted to come see, instead I had to bring the "evidence" for him to investigate like he is from the FBI or something. He told my wife he was the manager yet told me he is the owner and has been running this place for 30 years. Mind you this business has been there for 9 years. He wouldn't give his name and has zero customer service. All he wanted to do was argue and fight, a real telephone tough guy. In his eyes customers do not pay the bills and he doesn't need customers. The whole point of the phone call was just to make them aware. We didn't want money back until the "Manager" and/or "owner" became a huge argumentative prick. This joker needs to learn customer service and some tact. We have never been spoken to so rudely and spoken down to by anyone. Complete and total douche bag and needs to get a clue. Also still waiting for him to come over and conduct his big investigation.

Pizza was not good at all. Pizza was very greasy, and not appetizing. We did not order extra cheese and we got EXTRA cheese which dominated the other toppings from being fully cooked. Pizza overall wasn’t good.

Had never ordered from Pizzaroma, as my favorite place to order pizza, calzones, etc., was Ciao's, but when Ciao's burned down last year, I tried different places around Merrimack, and for one reason or another wasn't satisfied, usually, quality. Decided to try Pizzaroma and have ordered there since! Excellent food , reasonably priced, and the best chicken finger subs, since Ciaos. Have ordered five times this year(ordering tonight) and have never had a bad meal from here! Five stars for this type of establishment.
