I've been enjoying various meals here for over 15 years. However, lately the service has declined. I just picked up a cobb salad with grilled shrimp. I asked for no tomatoes, but got them and did NOT get the gorgonzola! The shrimp was VERY chewy. This was off-peak with no one waiting around. I don't get it.

Olivia was most attentive, humorous and friendly waitress. My wife and I visited Valentines, she catered to our needs and was absolutely fantastic. Bruschetta was okay but the drinks were great. Try the *mudslide! ❤️🍊🍫

Burned BLACK calzone and child sized meal *chicken parm with NO PASTA only a chicken cutlet with sauce on top.. THAT for $50 NEVER AGAIN. Server at takeout was AMAZING.

Picked up a catering order on Christmas eve. Saltimbocca and meat lasagna - both were 5 out of 5. Good portion size and great overall flavor. Order was ready for pickup as soon as I arrived. Paid online beforehand so I was in and out in a minute. This is our third year ordering on Christmas eve - so easy and convenient given that we are hosting tomorrow.
Popped in to have dinner last night, and it was another all-around positive experience. The food, every single time over the years, has been quite good. Their menu offers a wide variety of options,and is sure to please everyone in your party. The roasted garlic pizza was really tasty. Salads were fresh, and there's a full bar just waiting for your drink order. They also offer a good amount of delicious dessert options. And they're also conveniently packaged for you to bring home with you.

I love this spot for lunch. I'm sure dinner is great too. I haven't run out of things to try on the menu yet after many visits. The martini list is amazing too. Try the meatball appetizer or chicken parm dinner.

I've given PizzaCo multiple chances due to their decent food quality, but the service issues have become impossible to ignore. While their pizza crust is properly crispy and the toppings are generous, the overall dining experience is consistently disappointing.
The service problems are systematic and, unfortunately, start from the moment you walk in. During my last visit, the hostess's unprofessional behavior was shocking - avoiding eye contact and literally throwing menus at our table like frisbees. This wasn't a one-time occurrence, as service has been declining over several visits.
A recurring issue: ordering a salad seems to be an exercise in futility. Despite ordering one during multiple visits, it has consistently failed to appear at our table. When brought to the staff's attention, there's been no meaningful attempt to correct the situation.
I took my concerns directly to the owner, hoping for some accountability and improvement, but even this produced no resolution. It's particularly disappointing when management shows no interest in addressing customer feedback.
Cons: - Extremely poor service - Unprofessional staff attitude - Missing items from orders - Unresponsive management - Unwelcoming atmosphere
Bottom line: While the food itself is acceptable, the poor service and lack of management response make it difficult to recommend PizzaCo. There are too many other options in the area to justify enduring this level of service.
