Ordered an omelet with a very little bit of cheese and toast with a small dab of butter. The omelet came out smothered in cheese and the toast was literally dripping with butter.

Exceptional service, fast, professional and friendly. HORRIBLE espresso ! Tastes like a truck stop coffee. Time to quit Starbucks, they keep raising their prices and the quality has dropped rock bottom

Extremely Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning

My husband and I always stop at this Merrimack Starbucks when we visit the outlets, but after today (June 1st), we won’t be back. The experience was nothing short of frustrating.

The girl at the register didn’t greet me, didn’t smile…..nothing. Instead, she barked “What can I get you???” like I was inconveniencing her just by walking in. That’s absolutely not how you treat customers.

I ordered my usual drink (which I get regularly at other Starbucks locations): a triple shot of espresso in a venti iced cup with 3 pumps of white chocolate mocha and oat milk. When I received it, the cup was barely half filled….looked like it belonged in a tall, not a venti. There was hardly any oat milk.

When I politely asked for a little more milk, she stared at me like I had just asked for a full-course meal for free. Completely uncalled for. Her attitude was terrible, and the customer service was even worse.

So disappointed in how I was treated. Starbucks can do better, and I know this because other locations do better. Sadly, this one missed the mark entirely. Never again!

I placed the mobile order while I was 20 minutes away. I got there notice. They were starting to make my drink. And then the girl had to clock out not finishing my order. I waited another 20 minutes before someone realized My order was left Unfinished, making me late for my appointment. On top of that, the store was dirty, the floors were unswept tables were dirty The trash was overflowing

Waited 15 min for a drink. They did give it to me at no charge. It was terrible. A drink I have had many times.
