I placed the mobile order while I was 20 minutes away. I got there notice. They were starting to make my drink. And then the girl had to clock out not finishing my order. I waited another 20 minutes before someone realized My order was left Unfinished, making me late for my appointment. On top of that, the store was dirty, the floors were unswept tables were dirty The trash was overflowing

The drinks were amazing. however the customer service was very poor. I have worked in food service my whole life so I always make it a point to be very polite and understanding as I know how stressful things can get. However I have never been rude to a customer just because. When I pulled up to the window to pay the gentleman at the window was very rude, out of habit I handed him my card and he responded very abruptly “I don’t need that!” which jumped me. He handed me the card receiver through the window and as I was surprised I said “Oh! haha”. again wasn’t trying to be rude back but it caught me off guard. he responded to me “oh!” with an “OHHHUH!” in a very mocking tone. As if he were making fun of me. At this point my face just went blank and I was neither rude nor friendly just respectful and said thank you and drove away. Honestly we are all human and I’m not afraid to say this interaction didn’t make me angry, it actually hurt my feelings. I am very disappointed in this type of service.
They really pay attention to each little detail you order with and follow the directions! I ordered extra cold foam, and they gave me extra cold foam!!

Bad experience. We changed our minds while ordering (before we even paid), and we haven’t placed the order, but they said the order it’s already placed. So we were forced to pay for what we decided not to order. She also pretended she couldn’t understand what we were asking.

Not a frequent Starbuckers but frequent enough that I know good and bad service. I went in with rewards and had a question about it since I had never used rewards feature of the app! I was greeted immediately by Lindsey and the guy Adam was AMAZING! He helped me out and really was so nice and personable! He answered my questions and I left feeling like this was the best Starbucks experience in forever! Thank you Adam and Lindsay!

Unlike most Starbucks these days the staff here is very friendly and prepares the drinks very well. My latte actually tasted good for once. Starbucks in general has really become garbage.

This is my favorite Starbucks by far! Everyone there is wonderful, they make amazing things happen even when they are short staffed, they treat everyone like family, and I always leave with a smile. Well done to the team there!!

This is the worst starbucks I have been too. Filthy and the service sucks!! 5 mobile orders all waiting on their orders in store with a drive thru full of cars. Manager is screwing around laughing with the employees. 1 person slowly making the coffee drinks. One at drive thru window standing there waiting for drinks and the third employee is “fluttering” with anxiety not knowing what to do. Asked me what I was waiting on and he said I guess I’m making that sorry. Then he doesn’t fill the cup all the way and when I asked him to correct it he said it’s not their policy to do that. What???In addition, it used to be Starbucks employees would dress neatly or a uniform and wear hair nets or Starbucks hats. These employees were dressed so sloppy and unprofessional. Oversized jeans, dirty stretched t-shirts and long hair flopping around….no hair nets! Nasty!!May 31st at 4:15 pm shift….worst ever!!!
