Ordered a blt sub for my lunch for work. It was horrible. No mayo...1 piece of bacon and 2 tomatoes on each side of sub. NO LETTUCE.. . I open bag and find a bag with 2 cookies and a note saying out of lettuce, sorry.....I ordered a dammm sub for lunch not cookies. It should have never been given to me like that.... I'm a goddamm diabetic....I don't eat cookies.... very disappointing Subway.... I got a sub there last week..the girl made it awesome....this girl last night needs more training.....a lot more.

Got a sub real fast today and it was a good experience. Guy with the tattoos was extremely well-mannered and had great customer service skills. He also made a good sub and helped me out by providing a coupon.

Friggin crazy prices now.. $18 for a ft long bacon chicken ranch sub.. all garbage procced chicken. And I never understood how they learn to make a sub.. put the hole thing together. THEN PUT THE RANCH OR MAYO/MUSTARD ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. Then wrap it in paper.. There's more on the wrapper then the sub itself. Never again..

Just got a sub today and the older gentleman with the blue eyes took his time crafting my sandwich with love. That was probably one of the best subs I’ve had in a while. Great job! Great service he was by himself and so so nice and patient considering I’m hard of hearing.

I wrote a review on the subway website about this place. The owner responded with some canned response and never offered to fix or make anything right. This is what I wrote: "This is the 2nd time I've been to this particular Subway. Both times I've been disappointed. This time both sandwiches hardly contained any meat or toppings. The employee behind the counter was very nice I have no complaint about him, very professional. It seems like the owner must have put something in place so that basically nothing much goes into the sandwich and all you really get is a footlong piece of bread and that's all you can taste. I'll never return to this store. As you can see I've ordered from other Subway restaurants and all of the others are so much better than this one."

Poor experience. Their employee messed up and told me that a free six-inch credit would be credited to the $25 gift card I bought as part of a promo. When I returned to store to redeem, the store manager didn't offer an apology or seek to make it right, but instead greeted me with a rude attitude, told me that I couldn't prove it, and claimed that she, the store manager, would be fired if she made one for me. If her claim is indeed accurate, upper management should really reevaluate the lack of empowerment given to store employees to exercise discretion is such scenarios.

Hi. You might know me as the 'whatever you feel like' guy. Well, I ordered that today and was asked "why would you come here and order that?" by an employee followed by the customer in front of me stating "I've worked in customer service and that's the most annoying order" I was unaware of that. So, as a result of that interaction I will never visit any Subway ever again. I do appreciate all the times you let me order. Everyone was kind. Keep up the good work. The last star accounts for the customers who visit this site, who have called me cruel names, threatened me, and feel the need to judge a lot.

Great, Healthy, Fresh Subs and Wraps here. All Staff Fast, Friendly, There great listeners. They always make my subs. Just the way, I like it. Subs Always taste great. We came here because. McDonald's was so busy. Long lines. So we got 2 Subs here. Much better healthier choice. ?

I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars after giving this place another chance. It has a new, young owner who greets you as you enter, is right there making your sandwhich, asks what your name is and gives you his. Excellent customer service, and food made fast and right. I recommend giving it another chance if you previously reviewed it.

Manager Jonathan should be cloned! This Subway is under new management and they are doing great things! The store is super clean, bright, and comfortable. It smells clean, even with the normal not-unpleasant Subway smells. We were cheerfully greeted the moment we walked in and that set the tone for our experience. Jonathan helped revise my standard Subway sandwich, which made it was tastier with fewer calories. If you want or need help, ask for Jonathan. I don't think I have ever reviewed a Subway but this Merrimack, NH is the best one we have ever been to. During the week, lunch is often Subway because it is quick, easy, predictable, consistent, and relatively inexpensive. If you are in the area, eat here!

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option!! Since ownership change, this location is the pits! Went in today to order a sandwich, and after ordering a sandwich, a person who identified himself as the store manager said they don't have the bread I ordered in spite of a posted sign that said they did. He said he would carry the bread that he wanted to carry and as a customer I could order what he had or do without. What a piss poor attitude! This will definitely be my last trip here, and I'm actively communicating my interaction with this clown to all of my acquaintances. Luckily there is another Subway that is actually closer.
