Ridiculous that you are closing the plant!!!!
Took this tour many many times and always enjoyed it. Slight changes throughout but always good fun and good value and a glimpse into an industry that is seldom seen. Last time I went the Clydesdales were no longer and the factory seemed short staffed considering how massive the plant is, but the tour guide Monique was excellent. Sad to hear the news today (12/11/25) that the Merrimack operation is shutting down. Stinks for everyone involved and the loss of a tourist attraction that was definitely worth seeking out.
Tour guide was experienced, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic.
The brewery tour is great, I 100% recommend it.
Monique is a wonderful tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about the industrial brewing process. She is very willing to accommodate ways to make the tour better, as the manufacturing schedule allows.
For truck receiving man If i could do -1 million stars i would do it. It’s been almost 7 hours and still nothing from now on as soon i see this location i will say no. This place takes a lot of time to unload a trailer that wasn’t even full it was like half trailer and still
It is CLOSED. Their main website didn't say this and the facility still has signage pointing you to the tour parking. But another website of theirs says it is closed indefinitely.
Our tour was absolutely fantastic! Monique was an absolute gem, a wealth of knowledge and easy to communicate with. Our family enjoyed our experience with her very much! If you want to have some fun and learn a lot, go take a tour with Monique!
As for the suits of the company, I hope you know what you have in her as an employee! What a great ambassador for your company!
Horses are no longer at the Merrimack location, but the toyr was more comprehensive and personal than in days past.. get three tastings and some giveaways for the vip tour...walk through and saw into the big brew vats..
The tours at this place were awesome this was by far the best this is because get to see how they make it from the trains that go there and into the factory floor. This factory produces Budweiser products in glass bottles and can see them doing a testing of the bottles with them shattered on the floor. At the end of the tour got to taste it, also people don't want to, they can have soda.
Can't speak about the brewery, but if you're a truck driver avoid this place at all costs. Or be prepared to stay here the whole day.
Slowest facility ever. Checked in at 1:50pm unloaded at 9:20 pm. Missed the next load because of this.

Best way to experience is to buy VIP
Attended the Bounce Blast! Super fun., plenty of choices for food and drink
We had a great time with Monique. We really hope that InBev decides to start tours back up at more breweries across America as they are truly an experience.
Monique was the best tour guide we ever had. We have done over 30 brewery tours around the country and Monique by far is the best. She was very informative and had the best personality.
Just had an anniversary party here tonight and by far the best customer service I have ever received for throwing a party. Both the staff there tonight not only helped us hang decorations, but helped us set up sternos for the food caterers. They weren't just bartenders but were literally bussing tables, making sure the music stayed good and constantly checked on everyone to make sure things ran smooth. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to throw any type of event/party.
