Took this tour many many times and always enjoyed it. Slight changes throughout but always good fun and good value and a glimpse into an industry that is seldom seen. Last time I went the Clydesdales were no longer and the factory seemed short staffed considering how massive the plant is, but the tour guide Monique was excellent. Sad to hear the news today (12/11/25) that the Merrimack operation is shutting down. Stinks for everyone involved and the loss of a tourist attraction...

Monique is a wonderful tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about the industrial brewing process. She is very willing to accommodate ways to make the tour better, as the manufacturing schedule allows.
