the best breakfast/lunch I've ever had great weekly specials and amazing women working there I highly recommend stopping by or you'll be missing out.

Loved it. Small cafe located off lobby of hotel. Limited hours of operation, basically breakfast and lunch. Most items homemade and/or prepared on site. Great inexpensive breakfast. They do have take and bake items since most rooms at this extended stay hotel have kitchen facilities available.
Thank you Karen for saving the day with the platter of wraps!! All of the groomsmen raved about the variety and soon we had an empty plate!!
Found out about this place through a friend and fell in love. I try to go here once a week for their wraps. My fav is their Zoe Tuna Wrap. I HIGHLY recommend this place and I wish there was one in every city so I could have it wherever I go. I love this cafe and I hope it stays around forever!!
Karen created a wonderful assortment of wraps, including vegetarian options, along with a fresh garden salad and delicious cookies and brownies. These were well received at the Lunch and Learn I delivered at the Merrimack Chamber Office. She included all the utensils, and serving tools needed to make this easy and attractive. Seedlings is my go to place for lunch time catering. They also have wonderful breakfast bowls.

This is a quiet cafe attached to the hotel. Its open to the public. There is a small carpark out front. We had breakfast early and there weren't many hotel guests about. It served standard breakfast fare, cooked well and served timely. The prices were very reasonable.
Lunch with wife and daughter today. All three were great. My buffalo chicken grilled cheese was yummy. Tomato soup was the best. Highly recommend.
