Our server was pleasant and attentive and our food was delicious. The local football game was on the big screens and you could feel the community support. My husband was happy to see Mango Cart on draft. The decor is a comfy sports bar scene. They have seats at the bar, high tops and booths in the tavern and picnic style tables in the butchery where they also have Boars Head meats.
Chef brought the food out himself - it was wonderful! However, we went on a Sunday evening, made a reservation, and service was slow, even when it was half empty. Great food; unsure if our order was forgotten to be put in or it's just that slow. I would probably not bring kids if we went again. Butcher shopp seemed great and loved the atmosphere and food otherwise! We went before taking the kids bowling, but spent two hours when it could have been 1-1.5 or less.
I ordered the Haddock with rice and green beans. I always make sure my seafood is wild caught, no farm raised. Was good and hot with a group of 9 peeps. It's heading in cut, so used GPS.
