July 11 noon we had the worst service of our lives! we were a bus from Quebec and an employee (bearded) was obviously not happy to welcome French speakers! no smile, contemptuous, stupid and threw objects! friendly advice! ....don't go!

Ive visited before pizza was good, but today was horible from burnt pizza to bad customers service. Also forgot to mention since the burnt pizza was not to my liking the Overwight guy working there got upset. Its not a issue but for me it is when people customer service is crapy.

What a shiity experience. People who work there are rude. If you dont like your job find one you do like. I paid 9.00 for 3 pieces of garlic bread and a slice. What a joke! I could bought an entire Pie for that price. Garlic knots were like Hockey pucks. Gonna make an appt at my dentist to make sure my teeth didnt crack bring into them. pizza was dry and burnt in the bottom. I own my own business and take price in my work and so do my teamates. This just clearly shows that this company doesnt care about the customer. All they care about is the almighty dollar$. Dont bother responding to this post because all corporate ever States is im sorry for your experience blah blah blah. Fix your pricing and customer service and maybe just maybe you might get a 5 star instead of one stars which seems to be the Trend for your company.

David was incredibly rude to me when I ordered pizza for my friend. He was clearly and visibly annoyed before I even ordered, gave me attitude and also rolled his eyes at me when I asked if my pizza was cut in half (so I had to ask twice). There needs to be more incentive for the staff to be friendly to customers. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Not bad being a quick pizza place inside the shopping mall. The cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza are well heated when served. Definitely a 4-star flavor. The server is an old man who doesn't really speak English. When I changed my mind not to buy a bottle of water there he's obviously impatient and kinda rude. That's the reason for the 3 stars.
The pasta was cold hard and had no taste. I will never be back.

The only reason this place doesn't get one star is that the pizza crust was just how I liked it. The guy (his name tag said manager) that took our order definitely seemed bothered that we were making him work. I asked him what kind of pizzas were out on the line and he ran through them so fast I could barely understand him. I tried to chalk up the bad customer service to the guy having a bad day...nope. I sat and watched him be completely charming to the pretty young woman who ordered after us. He then turned back on the j*** mode to the next husband and wife in line.
