Haven't written a review for here before so I need to give Amber and Mike a shout out
for always being awesome! Today the place was very busy and didn't have a ton of staff. Sarah was our server and she was awesome. Even with all the chaos she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and our drinks and flood were perfect!

Staff and management are always beyond friendly. I personally love the sliders and steak and cheese sandwiches. I’ve seen them hold countless fundraisers and community initiatives understanding they are truly part of the community. One of the only places around that consistently puts in the time and money to have live music!!

We searched for a nice local place to eat. The pictures on the website were misleading. It wasn’t clean, the food didn’t have the presentation that was on the website. Bacon on the sliders wasn’t cooked. The steak on the steak and cheese had the quality of a Seatk-umm. The waitress was a tad snarky at first but we chalked it up to her being young. Typically we’ll give a restaurant a second chance after a bad experience but we may skip this one.

Been going to Buckey’s for the better part of the last 20 years. One of the best steak and cheese (request tips) sandwiches you can get since they use Dom’s tips. The atmosphere is always great even on slow days but those are few and far between. Keno, live music, and a very friendly staff makes it easy to always want to come back. Ownership might’ve changed, but the roots, the vibe, and the experience remain unchanged! Don’t hesitate to stop in if you’ve never been before :)

The new owners have spoiled it. The atmosphere has changed. Popcorn was unavailable because "we don't have any popcorn oil"!
The chili is too hot to eat. We were offered another choice and it was hot dog and beans which we ordered to be quick. Beans were cold, hot dog took 15 minutes! The waitress was trying to be helpful and she did the best she could. (we tipped her well because we felt sorry for her) We were told that there was no cook tonight, so the manager was cooking... it would have been good to know before we sat down. If you are too cheap to hire good people, don't spoil the evening for people who used to be good customers.

It's a nice and clean place and the service was good, but the ribs are tough, tastless and over sauced to cover it. Chicken on the nachos was canned chicken and not worth the extra money money. Best part of the meal was the coke and fries.

I was here on a fri.i night place was almost full. I had to wait a few minutes for a seat. Older crowd and wasn't really expecting much, then the band started, and the place came alive. Great food, outstanding service. When my drink was empty, they asked me if I wanted another. My group had pizza and it was great
