You cannot charge an 18% automatic gratuity without providing table service. For counter service, have a tip jar or a tip line on receipts. This is not an acceptable way to treat your guests.

Didn’t expect too much from them, but the flatbread was absolutely delicious! Beautiful views all around. Tables and chairs to sit and relax.

For a small place they do a pretty good job. And portions (of icecream) are , oh, so big (for me)!? In the last 30 years I had icecream only twice....

I’ve visited there for decades going back to my childhood. Something for everyone! Recently visited for a modest wedding for a family member and the staff treated us like royalty. Really a must visit even if just for hiking the beautiful mountains and enjoying the view.
