You cannot charge an 18% automatic gratuity without providing table service. For counter service, have a tip jar or a tip line on receipts. This is not an acceptable way to treat your guests.
I’ve visited there for decades going back to my childhood. Something for everyone! Recently visited for a modest wedding for a family member and the staff treated us like royalty. Really a must visit even if just for hiking the beautiful mountains and enjoying the view.
What a delightful place to visit! The staff is wonderful and friendly. As you enter each area they tell the facts, answer any question, then let you take your time browsing. The views are spectacular. Well worth the trip.
