Shocked..... Limited menu. Food was good. Was pretty rediculous that you stand in line to order your food and they charge you a mandatory gratuity. It is basically take out with outdoor tables! There is no wait staff other than a delivery person who brings your order to your table cafeteria style, then leaves never to be seen again. I have never experienced this before. Pretty outrageous honestly.
You cannot charge an 18% automatic gratuity without providing table service. For counter service, have a tip jar or a tip line on receipts. This is not an acceptable way to treat your guests.
I’ve visited there for decades going back to my childhood. Something for everyone! Recently visited for a modest wedding for a family member and the staff treated us like royalty. Really a must visit even if just for hiking the beautiful mountains and enjoying the view.
