I have reviewed this dunks before raving about it being one of my favorites.. However, within the last two weeks my 3 visits have been very disappointing. All three times my mobile orders were wrong and it is literally written on the tag on the cup. And, they tried sending us on twice without our food. I had to tell them that we were missing our food. We are in Moultonboro and will be going to ossippee for dunks from now on. So sad...
The muffins and L'Espresso are good, as in the rest of the coffee chain. The muffins and donuts are also good. An unmissable point of reference for last minute breakfasts. Friendly and very kind staff: they offered a glass of hot milk to my little daughter. Great location with ample parking.
Apart from my feelings as a former employee of this franchise, this is the best run one in its franchise. 7/10 times my coffee if made right and 3/10 times my food isn't dry and burn. They're okay I guess but could be better.
