The service and atmosphere were good as we were there mid afternoon. We had such high hopes but $32+ for a small portion of tasteless entree is too expensive and very disappointing. The halibut was overcooked and flavorless. It came with rice and veggies, and all bland. The short ribs were over boiled, lacking structure and flavor. They should have sealed in the juices. The sushi rolls also lacked flavor and they were pathetically small, more fitting as a small appetizer. The only decent dish was the shitake spring roll appetizer, but do bring microscopes to find the shitakes. We were all disappointed, but did enjoy the relaxing space and good service.

Simply the best Asian Food in the area! Always excellent service! We love this place and have been going there for many years. We wish they would open another location in Bedford, it would be a huge hit!
Best Asian food in the entire lakes region!!! The comment about portions size being small is way off base! The Tiger beef is amazing!!! We have dined there easily more than 50 times over the years, always had great meals and excellent service!!! A wonderful place, run by some extremely hardworking and nice folks!!
You gotta go, it’s with the ride!

Food is so delicious.
We went years ago and decided to give Lemongrass another try. The food is tasty enough, but the portions for the price are disappointing. I don't know if they were understaffed, but service was fleeting. When spending several $$$ for four to dine service should be good if not great. Sushi rolls are tasty, but tiny for the price. Tiger Beef is delicious. The cocktails were good.

The cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert were outstanding in this area If anything they were even better than those we encountered on previous delightful experiences here.

The chicken finger app and chicken pad Thai are amazing! Spring roll and chicken skewers for the win, skip the sushi, it’s a landlock state what can you expect?

We visited Lemongrass this past weekend while on vacation and unfortunately, left feeling somewhat disappointed, so we're giving it three stars
One of the first issues was the lack of any visible signage indicating that the restaurant was open. When we arrived, the parking lot was completely empty except for one small SUV parked far to the right. We called the restaurant to confirm they were open, and a gentleman answered to assure us they were open. Upon entering, we were greeted by what we assume was the same gentleman due to his distinct accent. The restaurant itself was completely empty. They made us wait 8 minutes in the waiting area while they prepared the table that seemed to be already set. Once seated, we received menus and were informed about their specials. We spent about 15 minutes, trying to decide what to get. During this time, the waiter had come over at least five times asking us if we were ready to order. We felt very rushed. The menu was quite limited, but featured a bento box section which was under a section labeled that it is only served until 3 PM daily. Since we arrived at 3:30, we asked if we were still able to order a bento box. The gentleman kindly told us we could still order the bento boxes for an extra $5, making them $24 instead of the usual $19. Three out of our party of five decided to order the bento boxes. While the food looked appealing, the portions were surprisingly small—barely enough to satisfy, especially considering the price. We all left feeling hungry and ended up going elsewhere to find more food. We are all skinny and do not take a lot to fill us but we were still hungry. Given the total bill of around $120 (excluding tip), it was a bit disappointing leaving.
I've included some photos for reference. Overall, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet, but the limited menu, small portions, feeling rushed and lack of signage made for a less satisfying experience than we hoped for

Edible but bland and pricey. Even the tiger beef. Don't do it.
Everything! Not a bad bite to be had
