We ordered a German Chocolate cake from here with just a few days notice and let me tell you, the cake was to die for! The dark chocolate ganache was so decadent and the coconut filling (with pecans) complemented it perfectly. My family cannot stop talking about how great it was. Everyone we talked to was also super friendly and helpful.
Staff is very friendly, pastries are always changing and display is always stocked. I think I’ve had at least one of every pastry and sandwich so I cannot recommend anything in particular. If the line is long, don’t be discouraged, Jen has created a system where people move through the line quickly. Stop by the Boro, you won’t be disappointed, I can guarantee that!
My sister in law Shirley which lives down the street from Boro brought 2 of just about every pastry from Boro to a family gathering at my son’s house in Peabody Ma. There was nothing but WOW’S & I can’t believe how great these pastries are. There so fresh and home made with love & delicious, I can’t believe how amazingly delicious they are.
