The service was pleasant and professional, which I appreciated. However, I found the bagels to be a bit chewy and undercooked for my taste. A longer cooking time might improve their outside texture. They tasted like a generic supermarket-bought bagel.

Center Harbour Bay Gulls serves up some of the best bagels I've found in New Hampshire. Their bagels have just the right chewy, dense texture without being too doughy. No matter which flavor you choose - everything, sesame, poppy seed, or one of their seasonal specialties - you can tell these are high quality bagels made with care.My favorite is their onion bagel toasted, which gets a perfect crunch from the dehydrated onion flakes on top.
