All the Staff were Awesome, the Cook understood how to Prepare our Food, I had The New York Steak, my Girlfriend had Teriyaki Chicken. We both shared our Meals. We definitely will go back.
Thank You, 99 for a great time.

Ordered takeout. Spent 200 dollars! Spinach and artichoke dip looked nothing like the pic. Cheese on top was a sheet of cheese and dried up dip underneath! 10 dollars for slice of Oreo cheesecake and it was a sliver that was broke in half and melted! Fish chowder was okay except most potatoes were hard. So disappointing! No one really enjoyed their meals!

We have not had many bad meals at a nines.

Today I got some gold fever and regular buff wings. The wings were burned and zero sauce. Very very disappointed. Like, was it because it was a take out order who cares? And of course we don't live all that close so I wasn't about to drive back there. If there was a spot to add a picture you would NOT see the golden sauce that is always so delicious.

Ordered takeout tonight with my wife and ordered the 18$ fish and chips with the 3$ up charge for the sweet potato fries.

Is this the standard nowadays? No wonder the world of chain restaurants is dying. Also ordered from less than a mile away and picked up within 10 minutes and everything was ice cold and needed to go in the air dryer to even be palatable.

We’ve always been giant 9s fans. If this is how it is there now, probably the last time you’ll see us. Totally embarrassing.

Me and my buddy came in for some late night appetizers. The food was warm at best. Ordered cheese and crackers and never got it and still got charged for it. Service was fairly decent. They gave us popcorn, which is a plus.

I had a very disappointing experience at Restaurant 99 recently. While I was using the restroom around 9:45 PM (their posted closing time is 10:30 PM), an elderly staff member stood outside the door and insisted that I come out because they were closing — even though there were still plenty of customers inside eating. It felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable, as if I was expected to stop mid-way and leave immediately. She even held the door and waited outside until I exited, giving me no time to properly wash or clean my hands. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior.

What’s more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered unkind or impatient staff at this location. It’s very disheartening to be treated this way as a customer, especially well before closing time. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the poor customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.

My husband and I ordered the take-out boiled dinner yesterday and I’m sorry to say that it was a huge disappointment and utter disgrace. The meat was as dry as cardboard’s and had no taste. The potatoes were mashed and the cabbage was practically non-existent! This dinner was an insult to New England.

Having grown up in New England, i love the 99. When we visit the area, we always try to make it to the 99, at least once. Steak tips. Seafood. It's all good. Our wait person, Praise, took excellent career of us.
This location is in the basement of a hotel, which seemed a bit odd, but it was the same great 99 food.

Inexpensive and reliable food and drinks.

I wish I could give a 5 star review but I'm hoping someone will read this and address the issue. This is the 2nd time we've eaten at the restaurant on a Wednesday and the food was WAY overcooked. I had the seafood trio. The shrimp and scallops were overcooked to the point of being rubbery. The chicken fingers were also overcooked and too dry to eat. The fries and the salad were delicious. It would be really nice if next time the entrees weren't overcooked to the point of being dried out.

The boneless chicken fingers were terrible, old and dried up. The medium-rare smothered steak tips were well done all five of them ( four twenty seven dollars with tax.You should have more). Even the a one steak sauce, it was watered down. I have been going there for
Forty years and I will never go back again.
