Do not order from this location. We ordered online through the 99 website for delivery. An hour after order I got a text from door dash that they sent 3 drivers and 99 didn’t know where my order was. When I called the manager tried to blame door dash and told me it was picked up and should be at my house when it was never made or picked up. In the end when I told him what information I had he finally decided to make the food. Our delivery came over an hour later than it was supposed to in the first place. I will not use this 99 ever again.

I’m sitting in the Rotterdam, NY location. It’s 1230 and the restaurant is half empty. The incredibly rude hostess (a cranky old woman who sounds like she’s smoked a pack of cigarettes) is telling everyone that there is a 10 minute wait to be seated. I’m counting 21 empty booths. When I asked why the 21 empty booths can’t be sat, she replied, “because there is a wait.” There shouldn’t be a wait…there are empty tables. Seat them. When I pointed at the empty tables, she said because there is a line of people waiting. There are also 3 guys dressed in business wear (probably some kind of management position) who aren’t helping the situation at all. Now she’s screaming that “[she] needs her helpers!” This is THE MOST disorganized I’ve ever seen this place. Now she’s telling people it’s a 20 minute wait. They haven’t set anyone since I sat at the bar. The bartender is great and the beer is ice cold.

Well our server was very inappropriate. She took 20 minutes talking to us before taking our drink order. She talked about her sex life multiple times, very explicit things. Then kept cutting off my friend while he tried to order his food. Overall did not enjoy the experience as it was our first time going to the 99. The food was amazing, but the restaurant itself was dark and dim as well. Would go back only for food.

Just picked up Corned beef and cabbage dinner for St. Patrick's Day and I'm very disappointed. Corned beef is dry and carrots hard. The desk staff lovely though.

We came to Nashua for the Annual New Hampshire Orchid Society’s show at the Courtyard Marriott and needed a place to eat. We decided on the 99.First, the place was a bit hard to navigate but we figured it out. The place is under construction so it’s a bit confusing when you get inside. But we got down the stairs and we were immediately greeted and seated within minutes. Our waitress was kind and courteous and had a great attitude. The food came fast and was very good. I really enjoyed the chicken Caesar salad. Highly recommended. My mother enjoyed her southwest wrap. And my strawberry daiquiri was awesome. The prices were also great. We spent less than $50 for both of us with a cocktail. Not bad at all! Thank you so much for the kind service. We will come back if in the area.Parking: The only issue was figuring out where the front door was.

So the first time we went here, I was stunned at the smell…. But once you were seated you either got used to it, or it’s more near the front entrance. The food ended up being really good, even the kids food is fresh. The service is fast, and my toddler loves going there, so this is our go-to family place!

I’ve always liked the 99. But their prices have gotten a bit ahead of themselves. A glass of Diet Coke is now $3.30. Their meals have gotten expensive, too. I realize that we are in an era of inflation due to the dummies in Washington DC. But I’m having trouble justifying going to lunch & paying $25 for a sandwich & soda at the 99 (incl tip). Nothing fancy. This is comfort food. But the people working here are great.

Curbside pick up was ok but for the second time the food SUCKED EVERYTHING WAS cold like it sat there for awhile frieze cold sandwich 2 bacon cheese burger the sandwich were mad up in the pass the lettuce, tomatoes were on the side like when you open it you put it together yourself. One was to be cooked medium well the other well both were medium all was very very cold nothing was marked like last time. This places SUCKS plus since when do these fools add a tip over $5.00 dollars shame on this useless restaurant I'll never never go there again grab for food .rip off too tips should only be if I was sitting inside but for curbside awful, if I'm going to tip ill give cash never again will I pay the tip I'll never go here again 99 restaurant uou list my business for good

There's a very distinct off setting/gross smell here- which after looking has been addressed by other reviews.Everything else seemed ok but the smell needs to be figured out. It's very odd putting and we left immediately after our first drink because of it.
