pretzel was decent , service was poor. I get it’s a pretzel shop in the mall with teens working but there’s no need to give people their order with a side of attitude.Everyone works … a lot of times their jobs are a lot harder than pressing buttons and asking cash or card , but u don’t see them giving people attitude… just petty google reviews ?

Very disappointed with the service I was given today. Went to order the mini pretzels dogs was told there was none available and it would be a 20 minute wait. I said ok and left. Went and had lunch with my family came back and was told the dogs were in the oven and would be another 5 to 10 minutes I said ok walked around the mall came back and asked if I could just pay for the mini pretzel dogs now and wait. Was told they weren't being made yet. I'm not upset about not getting the mini pretzel dogs as I ended up just getting the pretzel nuggets which sufficed. I'm upset at the fact that not only did I wait for around for nothing but that I was lied to for no reason. Very disappointed in this location for their service I have been to this franchise in quite a few different locations and never had an experience like this.

I ordered pretzel nuggets and when I approach the counter they didn’t even start my order. And I talk to the girl which was at the counter she was like ready in about 15 minutes and I was like ok no problem I will come back. And I went back she was like what you talking about? I don’t understand you and we didn’t get any order in that kind of name. What kind of rude approach is that? I show her my order number and then she finally figure it out and told me that it will be ready in 30 minutes. What kind of service is that? I told her to cancel my order and since then she didn't. That kind of service doesn’t deserve anything. Nobody can approach anybody in this rude way. Has to be nice and respectful.

Charged me for a bunch if items I didn't order and then didn't give me half my order. Had to keep asking for what I actually ordered. Looked at the receipt when I got home. Gonna go back in for a refund, but be careful.

Omg it's PAINFUL standing in line for this store. Everybody works at half, no actually 1/4 speed like they hate thier job. If you don't like working there do everyone a favor and quit!
How can you argue with a good pretzel? Far better than the stuff we buy in the supermarket in a bag right? I enjoy a good pretzel every so often and these are a delicious one. Highly recommended for warm and fresh!

The hard working staff was dealing with nonstop lines all day. I must say they were doing a stellar job. Felt like they could've used some extra help for the busy day. Cinnamon bites were excellent!

They don't make them like they used to. I used to love the pretzels but it's just overpriced garbage now. Last time I went there were 3 people working. They all looked dirty... No one is wearing gloves. The cashier is handling money and food at the same time. After all this, the pretzels weren't even fresh or warm at all since they make so many just to sit in the window until someone buys them, which could be hours. It's a very different experience than what I remember from going years ago. This was enough for me to know I will not come back and waste my money here.Try the pretzel sticks at the establishment in Chelmsford. They're amazing soft and fresh and the cheese dip is even more amazing.
