Open table let me book this venue but the restaurant was closed and it closed permanently weeks ago. Open table - ruining dinner plans since 2006.
Take this restaurant off of your list!!!!!!!! You let me make a reservation for my mother's birthday and are even asking me about my experience and this restaurant is permanently closed!!!! Luckily my sister drove by a few hours beforehand and noticed they were shuttered and we were able to go somewhere else.

The food and service were both excellent. It was an awesome, awesome meal, and we had leftovers to take home. We enjoyed the meal very much. I highly recommend Bertucci's!
So went to get dessert. Girl takes my order makes me pay then packages the cake in a bag. I leave and notice the cake is frozen. Charging all that for frozen non fresh cake. At least tell the customer they cant eat it right away.
My family and I have been coming to this Bertucci's since I was a kid. Even though the menu has changed over the years, the taste has held up. Courtney was a great waitress, she made sure we had everything we needed. I liked that she was attentive and friendly. Great service! :)
I hadn't been in awhile and will probably be our last trip. Pizza crust was burned with huge bubbles so there wasn't much on each slice to eat.
The restaurant is a fairly decent place to get a meal, but be careful because the manual is not accurate at all. For instant they say they have decaf coffee, but they don't have a coffee maker that makes it so you can't get decaf coffee. So they need to correct the manual, and stop lying to people.
Tonight, during a last minute Christmas shopping effort, I stopped in on a whim to Bertucci's on Amherst St. in Nashua. Sidling up to the bar, my tender George, crafted me a Manhattan. I ordered the roasted chicken broccoli pizza and both the libation and main course were excellent. George, Kat and Erin were entertaining and engaging in conversation throughout my stay. I believe that the staff, over the venue, is what keeps a customer coming back. Kudos to George, Kat and Erin for a great experience tonight. Happy Holidays.
Service to get our meal was very slow, around 45 minutes & no reason or apology. Some of our food was only warm. We didn't want to send it back because it originally had taken so long to get our orders. I hadn't been in a while & used to be one of my favorites. I am not rushing back.

The reason for this location's decline is simple, there are WAY too many virtual restaurants being run out of it. The food will never have consistent good quality if your cooks are having to make food from 5-6 different menus. This place used to be my favorite to order from, not long after all of the virtual restaurants started being offered from the location, the quality took a dive. Even the food from the virtual restaurants isn't good. This place has had my favorite pizza, even back when I was a child. To whoever runs the location, please drop some of the virtual restaurants from the location. One or two is fine, but last I counted there were 6 or so. I guarantee the food quality will increase.
Service was very good. However, the food was so-so. The pizza was overdone and the ravioli had a distinct burn aroma.
Where to start...? Kitchen service was slow, took 45 minutes to get our meals. One of our party ordered a calzone with sausage, bacon and pepperoni but received a vegetable calzone instead. I never received silverware or a napkin. Meal was overpriced, $115 for six people for lunch. Should have gone to Unos!
Pick up order won't look like menu. They seem unable to handle orders, get out hot, good looking food, in portion sizes that match price. Something is always cold, or missing.
We usually love the food there when we do take out- but this time we chose to dine in. We waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging us. Then we went to the bar where the bartender was very kind but clearly extremely over worked. We overheard a conversation between two wait staff about how the customers should just “go to applebees instead “ because the kitchen was backed up 45 minutes. The pizza oven looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least a week. I will say that our bartender was great and kind, but that was the only good thing I can say about our experience.
