Was pricey for what I could have gotten at a sit down Mexican restaurant for lunch so I was thinking I should have but I have to say the beef burrito was delicious. Disappointed that the guacamole was $1.50 extra, not worth it for the amount you get I thought. Overall I would order again if I was at the mall and felt like Mexican food in a pinch.

I came here for the first time today and was so overwhelmingly impressed with the food. The quality of each ingredient in my burrito bowl was fresh and flavorful ! Also the amount of food is insane. My meal will easily be split into two.I have to admit I was reluctant to try Big Burrito, but given the options at the Pheasant Lane Mall, that was my choice.....and wow.....so incredibly happy I did. I will definitely be going back!!

Food is so good and flavorful! The people working here are nice and it's great to get some authentic flavor rather than the bland burritos at places like Chipotle. You can't beat the price and portions either. Highly recommend!

Horrible . Everything looks amazing so it attracted me and I got a chicken bowl and a steak bowl . White rice , black beans , lettuce , tomatoes and a side of guac with chips . I even got two drinks one passion fruit and one guanoabana juice . BAD IDEA . Everything had no flavor and because the workers were Spanish and me being hispanic I know we normally put lots of flavor in our food . Boy was I wrong lol I spent $40 I thought that was excessive . They charged me $10 for two large guacs that looked like smalls , each drink was $3 but what got me is the surcharge using my credit card and the meal tax . Which I also think is crazy I get the meal tax but a surcharge too? Crazy . Never ever coming here again .
