We've gone to Bistro603 several times for brunch and for dinner and always enjoyed how fresh and well-prepared the food and drink have been. This year we went there for Father's Day and I ordered the Bistro603 Baller Bloody Mary (pictured) and it did not disappoint. Not only was it tasty as well as being a meal, but it also had quite a bit of entertainment value as well for the whole family.

We ended with bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and blackberries that we shared, and it was good we shared because it was so big!
The only downside was the coffee. It tasted a little off, and it might have been because they were closing soon.

We recently dined at Bistro 603 for the first time and were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. Our group sampled and shared several tasty appetizers before selecting entrees from the varied menu. I especially enjoyed the short rib tacos. The portion was so generous that I took one home for lunch the next day. Our server Makayla was attentive and friendly with nice support from Peyton and Kristin. We will definitely return!

We were up in Merrimack for an 18u softball tournament, 2 places wouldn't take our reservation, 1 place canceled on us, I called Bistro603 and spoke to Ellie, who put me in contact with the GM Gabby, Gabby was so helpful and understanding and accommodated all 35 of us, met us at the door when we arrived and was so good to us throughout our dining experience. Their food and drinks were spectacular, wondeful atmosphere inside, large and spacious, prices were also good. A touch of fancy with a comfort/homey feel. 9.75/10 would absolutely come back.
