With a gluten allergy and soy intolerance I was hesitant to try a new (to me) place. Had dinner last night, what a gem! Extensive and interesting Gf menu. Separate gf fryer and they fry in canola. Very respectful of allergies. Dinner and overall experience was terrific. Thanks for the great meal and keeping me allergy safe!

Friendly staff, easy parking in a modern and slightly cold environment. The food is really good and the menu has a wide variety of offerings including a vegetarian vegan menu. In the colder months, sitting by the gas fireplace is really nice but with so much concrete and very little acoustic attenuation, it can be a noisy environment if that's not your thing. I enjoyed the grilled pineapple dessert.

Amazing food from Scratch great variety and differnt bold flavors. We went twice now ,lunch and then a few weeks later for dinner . Appitizers were perfect ,steak Spring rolls and steak bacon. Lunch palla was on point and perfect portions. For dinner Berry moacktail mojito, cardne asada, crispy chicken wings with a home made dipping sauce, and Fall on bun burger (mushrooms, onions, cranberries sweet potato and cheese).Desert was grilled pineapple with vanilla icream tosted coconut and cherry .It was all so good we can't wait to go back for Brunch ! Alissa was a great super friendly server and even let me try the sparking rose before committing to the Berry Moctail mojito 😁

We dined in for lunch on 12/29/24. Our server was great also hosts/managers were pleasant.

We had nachos for an app which were extremely filling and tasty. Served with green salsa and aioli.

Great vegetarian menu for my wife she ordered the Mediterranean bowl. I had the Bistro Burger. A little greasy but flavorful and fresh. Fries were hand cut but not very crispy.

Overall- the spot boasts a scratch kitchen and has a unique menu. You can get a tasty meal here and if you like drinks then they’ve got you covered.

Pretty happy overall. Nice rework of the tilted kilt - that’s what was here, right? Apps came out quick and there is a dedicated vegetarian menu that we really appreciate. Really nice bartender that we didn’t get the name of.

Saw a male Karen complain about getting ā€œguacamoleā€ instead of avocado and the staff handled it well, taking it off the bill while he pouted. Okay Boomer. For the record: we also got a dish with avocado and it was mashed (not sliced) but certainly not guacamole.

As posted in one of my photos: fix the nasty light switch that is in view of the bar patrons. 5$ would stop it from looking like a hulk-smashed contamination zone.

Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled standard menu and dedicated side menus with lots of options.

This is a great place to go if you need to support a lot of dietary preferences or picky eaters. Scratch kitchen means they can accommodate gluten free, vegan, dairy free and their menu includes the basics for brunch, lunch and dinner. The food is typically ok for a vegan. I would avoid the tofu scramble - horribly bitter from overuse of tumeric with soggy chunks of tofu. Updated from previous review on 2024-12-22

Short rib special with sushi rice and sweet potato tempura was very good - B+. Pasta Bolognese was ok but not great, pasta was a little soggy, sauce was a bit short on flavor - C-. Cocktails were $2 higher than listed on the menu and fair - C.

Great spot. With a scratch kitchen one of the best places to go, they are accommodating and helpful. Food is amazing and drinks are always great. If you are in the area this place is a can't miss.

I recently visited Bistro 603 on a Sunday to celebrate our anniversary, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. I ordered tacos, and they were lacking in flavor, to the point where it was the first time I felt the need to reach for the salt shaker. My husband and both of our kids shared similar sentiments about their meals, which were also served at just food temperature.

On a positive note, the alcoholic beverages were enjoyable and definitely a highlight of our visit. However, the service was quite slow, which added to our disappointment.

Bistro 603 has a lot of potential, and I hope they can enhance their food offerings in the future. For now, we may consider returning, but only for drinks rather than a full meal.

Had dinner at Bistro603 tonight

The food was very good and the prices were moderate. I had the burger and wings, both of which I'd have again.

My wife had a bowl, which was also good.

The service was much improved from last visit.

However, the backroom where we were seated was incredibly loud and noisy and I was unable to hear or talk to my wife. We ate quickly and left as quickly as we could get out of there. I left with a headache

It's a shame because the food is very good, but I can't go back. It's probably the most unenjoyable meal that I've had in a very long time

We had the Celebration of Life for my Dad on Nov 14th at Bistro603 and we couldn't be more pleased. The food was great, the restaurant & bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were wonderful. They were very kind, which was exactly what we needed on such a difficult day. My family & I highly recommend this place and are so appreciative of all the employees who helped us.

My family and I were in the area as my daughter graduated Saturday from SNHU. We were all from out of state and were treated like family. My daughter even got a free dessert to celebrate her graduation! What an amazing gesture! The food was amazing! Staff were phenomenal and the atmosphere was so welcoming! If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be back!

Yummy stir fry with tofu, veggies and rice. And it came with bread and vegan butter, labeled as such! Has a good full separate vegan menu for dinner and brunch.
