Really disappointed with my first experience. I live locally and have been meaning to try this restaurant for a while now. Me and my mom were looking to try something new and finally gave it a shot. Ordered online, a chicken teriyaki bowl and pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, mashed, and warm veg of the day. I took two bites of my bowl and noticed it didn't have any pineapple which was disappointing but not a huge issue, but on my third bite I bit into something hard and sharp. A piece of chicken bone. I thought it must be a fluke and a mistake, nope two more bites and another piece of chicken bone. Called to talk to a manager about it and was told there wasn’t one and they’d take my number and the owner would call. Never got a call back, no offer to remake my dinner, and now I’m left with an inedible dinner and a closed restaurant. Was really hopeful with the great reviews, but don’t think I’d order there again.

My husband and I always look for the Mom and pop breakfast/ dinner nooks when visiting another state. This did not disappoint. The food is fresh, tasty, and the service is great. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast. And they are also looking for help too. Would not have known 😊
